I am trying to add parts to an existing order and when I try to check out, I
get this message:

null: You will be redirected to the cart page.

Then the 4 little coloured brick icons go around in circles for ages and nothing
happens.

HELP!!

I have 2x brand new sets of this set. One set had glow in the dark trans tiles, the other had glow in the dark white tiles. Everything else was identical. One set I bought in Birmingham, England, the other set I bought in Perth, Australia, but I can't be sure which one was which though.

You absolutely need to resolve (remove) these duplicates. ALL your WLs are blocked
until you do!

Look more closely, even if you entered them as different colours, changes in
the catalogue must have made them the same colour now.

You are correct. I dunno how those became duplicates, but I have resolved them
and now I can make changes elsewher, THANKS!!

BTW, what does WLs mean?

When I go to my main wanted list, this is the error message I get at the top:

This wanted list contains duplicate item(s) with the same item/color combinations.
Only one item of each item/color combination is allowed.

Please delete or move out the following duplicates:

Can you delete the duplicates?

They are not really duplicates though, those ones are the same item, but in different
colours.
But it is ANYTHING on my list that I can't edit. I have some instruction
books for example that I need 3 of and I recently bought one, so I tried to reduce
the number to only 2 wanted and I get the same error message??

I have a brand new version of this set, so I can verify the weight and box dimensions.

You can either use the above link:
- under "Change Item", click on "set"
- then you need to enter the set number and change those entries you have.

Turns out I DIDN'T have onsite chosen for international (although it was
previously checked as I was getting international orders) But today I checked

I ship worldwide, always have. I have not changed ANYTHING and up until about
4-6 weeks ago everything was fine, but this has happened about 6 times in the
last few weeks, I can't figure out why and I am losing sales !!!

I contacted Bricklink when it was first happening about a month ago, but no one
has replied!

are you sure that they are getting the stated error?
And from what countries do they come?

I do see a notice:
Seller does not support orders shipping to Netherlands when item total is equal
to or less than €150 (~AU $240.82).

But once above that total I see no other errors.

You don't offer PayPal onsite, so that would be the reason for the note.
And it makes that US buyers cannot buy from you. I'm not sue what error they
would get, I guess something like no shipping to their state/country

This is VERY weird. I did have pay-pal Onsite set up and somehow the box for
it in my settings has been "unchecked"? Anyway, I have now fixed that.

BUT...

I get this issue from people in my home country (Australia) and I have had it
with UK buyers, a guy from India yesterday and also new Zealand.

Now that I have fixed (I hope) the issue, would you mind checking again for me?
