In general everything's fixed the latest everyday for you I guess at midnight
by BrickLink's batch/cron maintenance.

As of now, it's still -20.

Do you have any orders 'In Progress'?

I'm not sure if this is just because I can't buy from myself or if there
is something wrong with my shipping settings.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

You need to enable an onsite payment method (PayPal or Stripe) so that BrickLink
can collect the relevant Sales Tax.

Well, can your prove that the buyer did not receive the item? Proof of postage
is just that... it does not prove that the item was delivered.
If you ordered something online and never received it, wouldn't you expect
to be refunded/sent replacement?
Insurance is for the seller, not the buyer. If this is happening regularly to
you, then you need to consider only offering tracked delivery (at the likely
loss of orders due to higher postage) or accept that it is a part of doing business
and you'll get a few missing parcels each year.

Its a Match ID, used for linking inventory and alternate items together.

| Please, please, please give us an option to select a default "Sort By" in the
Wanted Lists.
My preference is "Alphabetical" and I note others have asked for this before.
The reverting to "Newest" every time you leave and return to the page is really
tiresome.
For such a useful and clever website I can't believe this is not a do-able
thing.
Does anybody read these ?
|
You can sort of do it...
Open your Wanted List.
Change the sort order.
Hit the Edit button (in the group of buttons next to search bar).
Then hit the Save button.
Note: this will change the sort order for all your Wanted Lists.

I think it is this one:

Hi, thank you. It is more complicated than that one. Longer and different front
and back. Thank you for trying to assist.

I think Stellar is correct. That set has 3 different builds. If you look at
an image of the instructions you can see your bike on there.

| Hi!
I would like to cancel an order. It was paid and was set to "paid". I have paid
back the money but I cannot cancel the order. What do I have to do?
Regards
Werner

You need to change the status of the order so that it is not paid.
Either use the 'Issue Refund' button at the top of the order or
Use the 'Edit Order' button all the way down the bottom of the order
(see pic).
After that you should be able to go to the 'Report Problem' link and
file an OCR (Order Cancel Request).

Going through my inventory in detail after those messages about lot numbers,
I noticed there should've been a different Bionicle set in the store,
which was priced at £6, and is now missing. I must've somehow given it the
wrong set number.
Thank you all for your help.
(Now kicking myself a lot. What an idiot.)

Don't be too hard on yourself... most of us have done something similar when
starting out selling. The trick is to make sure you don't do it again

Weird: the lot id in the store doesn't match that in the store - nor does
it match match anything in my store at all!?!
| Is it possible you had two lots, one listed at £6 and the other at £12?
|
Nope, just one record.
| Do you have any backups of your inventory before this order was placed?
|
What do you mean by backup - actually, no matter, I obviously don't have
one.
|
I think peregrinator has got it.
You had the same item listed twice in your store... but one at £6 and one at
£12.
That would explain why you can not find the Lot ID now... as it's sold.
