Hello Bricklinkers

Why not having a quarantine period when a mistake is made on the terms?

For sellers having very good customer feedback, Bricklink should reconsider having
a 6 or 8 months quarantine to make people think about the mistake made in stead
of banning them for life. Even someone committing a crime is not punish so harshly,
and therefore BL should rethink those kind of banning.

This is quite unfair situation especially when sellers with NSS/NSR can continue
selling without getting banned for life!

Bricklink should reconsider this in my opinion, especially when several customers
reach out and ask you what happend.

Get a lot of support and even xmas pictures greetings thanking me for the excellent
work performed.

Big smiley to them.

Being suspended/kicked out means no longer obligated to have BL as my only place!
Decision is permanent and won’t be revoked.

But it would be telling where I’m heading to, and won’t be appreciated here for
sure.

Glad that I could learn all of you guys to know. It was awesome 😎

Just got several emails from my buyers that have send me early holidays season

Seems it is better to create it directly on this webpage : https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/frmTickets.aspx

As I never got my emails or ticket confirmation when using the internal webpage

Dear bricklinker,

Would you please help me to know if you got an email and a ticket number when
registering an issue?

Should we use the problem webpage or the site helpdesk.BrickLink.com instead
of sending an email to the site?

Seems I got my seller privileges revoked without any explanations at all?

Was glad to work for my customer in Bricklink, but this time it seems it is for
good.

Thanks a lot to all colleagues, sellers and buyers within this community I was
part of and also the great support we got during all those 9 years.

Hopefully I can continue to be a allowed seller,

Dear Sellers

Have a buyer at the moment that doesn't want to pay for his order, he is
still bombing me with rude emails filled with insults and childish attitude.

Seems we do not have a spam filter to stop this behavior.

Have already reported his behavior with on our problem center and it seems that
his account got suspended, but seems he is continuing his rude behavior.

Any advise please?

Just had a couple of bad experiences I wanted to share with the other sellers.
Seems you are the most lucky one, never having issues with buyers trying to cheat

Based on my customers feedback (the honest ones) still a lot of them after all,
got praise for it.

That said, quite surprising what you could find on me...

Dear Bricklinker

Just a general question of preventive blocking a buyer from my store, as prior
joining Bricklink I had some transactions with that buyer and he always tried
to cheat on the payment or complained about the prices.

Can we just cancel a transaction and block him to avoid facing the same problems?

Please advise how I shall handle his order or request for a cancellation?

Dear Bricklink fellows

Seems that some admin has decided my store needs to be suspended as many other
sellers here on the platform.

Without any notice, I got suspended due to a very angry buyer that didn't
read the store terms and the shipping costs from the Denmark to USA.

I've being in touch with the support only one response given without any
chance to move on or to understand why I shall be kicked out Bricklink after
almost 10 years on the platform and about 210 very positive transactions with
always payment of my seller fees in time!!!
Seems a new buyer with only 2 transaction can kick you out quite easly.

Got kicked out like that is quite annoying and doesn't motivate me buying
more designs, sets or other stuff from this website.

Seems I have to sell my inventory on other platforms as Brickowl, DBA, facebook,
but honestly those platforms are far from the excellent Community within Bricklink.

Hi Bricklink fellow

Seems we have several people got seller/store suspended.

We can collect all the seller accounts that got this and all reach out to Bricklink
or directly LEGO to fix our situation, especially when we have being several
years on Bricklink both bought and sold for more than 100 transactions!

I'am quite tired of writing to a support that just answered onces with a
cut/paste message this is quite unprofessional, I do not regonize the excellent
support we had in the past, where are those administrators gone?

Please email me directly, I've started a list of shop that got blocked as
you and me.

Hi Friend

Got the same treatment from the bricklink support, Seller privileges suspend
without any notice, more than 20 emails to support with no answer. Just that
it was a preventive action. Quite annoying !

No radio silence and stuck with my store not able to handle orders quite unfair.
So I totally understand your situation, seems we are several got those suspensions.

Nobody is perfect but the joke is that no transaction ever found place with this.

Seems we have several sellers being blocked with no notice and just a message
from Anastasia from support that is preventive, but when asking for opening the
store as now we comply nothing else happends.

My time on bricklink might be over, quite a punishment for something that did
not ovcured as no transaction found place.

Can’t we appeal for this decision ?

Yes or a kind of warning instead of just locking and removing the privileges1

THis sucks and my shop just got destroyed for good!

Again the breakdown of communication. Is it really that hard for Bricklink to
tell a store why they are being suspended? It literally can be accomplished in
a single sentence.

Indeed.
Another suggestion to site admins, if they would be reading this: have some sort
of "warning" period before taking actual measures. This allows the seller to
mediate whatever issue is brought to his attention. Seems like a user friendly
way to approach these situations.

  Hello,

I was suddenly suspended without any notice, but I think it's because of
dealing outside of BL.
I contacted BL with messages and tickets, but haven't got a response.
May I ask if anyone experienced a similar situation?

Everyone that has been suspended.

He may have asked for this, but did you go through with it? If so, then you willingly
breached paypals terms.

And also the buyer is located in USA where BrickLink has to collect Sales Tax
on all orders with only PayPal Onsite or Stripe.

Yes true he asked for it and after he cancelled the order he reported me to the
bricklink support. Just a crock!

He just detroyed my shop and the support do not care and is not helping at all.

Thanks a lot for updating me, this is good. But still locked for selling at the
moment.

Hopefully they will waive it too.

  Dear friends from Bricklink

Just got suspended, seems the work of a buyer that was a liar and a fraud.

What can I do to appeal this decision that is quite unfair as I have much more
transactions than this buyer!

Please help me to waive this.

Regards,
Hubert

It seems your having some luck, as the bad review has been taken down! Hopefully
you can open up again, here soon!

He asked this himself, he is the problem not me.

And without my accept initiated the cancellations of the order.

What can I do to get activated again?

Regards,

Your feedback response seems to say you offered the paypal friends and family
payment in response to a request from the buyer to make it cheaper or something.
That's admitting to an attempt to violate Bricklink rules right in your
own feedback.

How'd you know for sure they are scammers? Maybe they are Russians who moved
to the UK, but didn't change their e-mail provider.

I myself have an hotmail.com (US) mailaddress, but live in The Netherlands, so
I would be a scammer too by your definition?

If they pay, it's ok; would be my motto. And yes, if I were you I'd prefer
IBAN as well, as it's a lot more secure than paypal and you as a seller have
a lot more rights, and your own bank has a lot less fees than paypal as well.

  Hi

Would it be possible to block a buyer having an email from a given country eg
Russia, but his postal address is the UK?

Just got yet another scammers ordering from my shop with this very suspicious
config, even got negative from himfeedback from him.

Or a setting that enables us to block and oblige the buyer to pay buy only with
iban

Yes true Nico, I'll agree, but just got another fake account ordering from
my shop, that's the second guy from Russia. Just asked 2 things from him.
Provide a proof of his address is legit in france (e.g. electricity bill) and
send the money to my IBAN. After 11 days, no payments nor response....

But just added another faker to my block list.
