| Sticker sheet number 10022stk01 is listed twice showing it comes with two different
sets: 10022 and 10025.
Can this sticker sheet be listed just once and shown to found in two different
sets?

The previous package was to the Netherlands, not Norway, and VAT was charged.

Currently Moldova is a candidate for EU membership, not a full member, I don't
know what that means with respect to VAT - I suspect it means it won't be
collected.

Indeed, at the moment, Moldova is not in EU, not in the Common Market, not in
the VAT Area.
And note that Norway isn’t in EU either. They have a similar marketplace law
but BL doesn’t collect VAT there. So I’d say your previous experience wasn’t
in Norway… maybe a neighbour country? (They all have similar flags… well, all
the countries have similar flags!)

Thank you, I misread the google info.
The shipping label has the package being sent to the Global Post shipping center
in Calif.
Do I need to attach a copy of the receipt to the outside of the box, using one
of those transparent envelopes?

I have some capes sealed in their original packaging and would like to identify
the style without opening them.
Have searched BL and the internet with no luck. The numbers printed on the outside
are:
6002332 - Dark Blue (this is a box is instead of the traditional flat packaging)
4630085 - Dark Red (flat packaging)
4543045 - Black -This is the only one I could find, it's the traditional
522.
