I think I may have come across a batch of fake Technic Axle 3749 in Black (the
rare one) in a bulk lot I recently purchased. I have pulled the ones I think
are fake out of my inventory but now I'm starting to question the ones that
I already had as there are 2 slightly different molds. Does anyone have a good
way to tell which are real and which are fake?

103 Parts, 1 Minifigure, 1997
Sets: Aquazone: Aquaraiders I

I bought it for myself in the fall of 1998 when I was 23 years old.

I never had a single LEGO set growing up. But don't feel bad for me. The
toys I grew up with were Transformers (had almost every single character), He-Man
and the Masters of the Universe (had almost every single character), Hasbro Star
Wars (had almost all of the original figures, vehicles, and play sets), Micro
Machines, and yes... GoBots.

My very first set was 6644 Road Rebel and I had to share it with my sister.
With that first set we were both addicted! Every Christmas and Birthday all
we wanted was LEGO!

  Hi

Have you made changes to the (Update Store Inventory -- PUT - /inventories/{inventory_id})
API request?

Previously you could call the API with the following parameters and would have
no issues:

['quantity' = '-2']

Now it's responding with:

["description":"String input must not be null","message":"PARAMETER_MISSING_OR_INVALID"]

Weirdly a couple of requests have completed successfully but most of the requests
are failing with the above error message. Can someone please advise what this
error is and if it's a bug that has been released into the API by accident?

I know this issue is new but I had a BOwl order already in my queue and I see
that my Brick Link inventory has not updated from the sale. Do you think I should
go in and manually adjust my inventory or will it update once the issue is fixed?

I'm just finishing up my first order since the reopen and I cannot complete
the drive through. When I hit preview message or send message I get the error
403 Forbidden. I've tried logging off and logging back in. Any thoughts??

A couple of weeks back I purchased something off eBay (non LEGO). The listing
said shipping was $15 (which I knew was from zone 7, and sounded roughly correct).
The package arrived today, sent via Ground Advantage, and marked as 15.9 oz.
Before I opened it, I dropped it on my scale … 3-lbs + 2 -oz.

To me, that is just egregious. Being off half an ounce I might understand, but
the seller wanted to maximize their profit. Hopefully, USPS APV picked it up
and charged them for the difference.

I once incorrectly entered the weight on a USPS label and when it was weighed
during shipping the difference was charged back to my account. I use Pirate
Ship to mail packages but I would assume that any online postage site like Priate
Ship, USPS, etc where your account information is linked to the package would
just charge you if there is a difference.

Hello community! We are looking to start a new store but need positive feedback
to become a seller. My husband is a previous buyer on this site but we wanted
to use a new name and email for our store.

Looking for advice on how we can get positive feedback without having to buy
a lot that we don't need. We did need a few parts and so made an order but
I'm not sure if all sellers are able to post feedback...life gets busy you
know?

Any tips are appreciated!

Hi, I always post feedback for my buyers as soon as I mark the order as shipped
which is typically the same day the order is placed. That has been my experience
with buying as well. You're probably going to have to just place a few small
orders to get the ball rolling. My personal opinion is that you can never have
enough trees and profile bricks! Good Luck with your shop!

Also, please learn how to quote. I have had to put some of your posts into a

I imagine you are on quite a few stop lists now. Also, I bet people are ignoring
your forum posts now too.

You can check both here: https://www.bricklink.com/myActivity.asp

Play well,

I think it's a good possibility he set a record for being on the most stop

How do you add someone to your stop list??

Hi, newer seller here. I’ve just gotten my first request from a buyer to cancel
their order. When I refund them am I going to be out the cost of the PayPal
fees? If so, is it reasonable to ask the buyer to cover this or do I just let
it go? The PayPal fees on this transaction are less than $1 so it’s not a big
deal on my end but this will probably come up again so I want to make sure I’m
following proper Bricklink/PayPal etiquette.

Tried two different browsers. Same.

Now Brave will not load bricklink at all, hopefully this post will go through.

no issues over here
https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1425673
maybe related to this message. if they didn't hit their daily limit it could
mean bricklink about to be inconsistent for a while

Brave is now throwing a 500 error, when FF will load the page, just not the price
guide.

I’m getting “this page isn’t working” when trying to go to Bricklink.com on my
desktop using chrome. It is still working fine on my phone though..

Has anyone found or built a big tough lazy Susan that could mount 12 of them?
Space is at a premium for me. I see that Craftsman doesn't seem to have
any accessories for these. The thing would need to stand on carpet and move
smoothly and I'm just not sure that is all safely possible.

My husband built me one with 16 of the Akro Mills units and a lazy susan off
Amazon. Mine has smaller wheel bc it just rolls 5ft on tile but you could put
big heavy duty casters on it for carpet too.

Have you tried the Brickognize website? It works wonders for all the odd parts

Hello! My name is Matt. I’m from the US. My son and I wanted to get into the
Lego business. I think it would be a cool and fun hobby for him and I both while
also being a fun learning lesson for him to help teach him some life values and
responsibilities (he’s only 13). Him and I both love legos and decided to start
this off by selling all of his old ones that he no longer plays with and go from
there. This is all new to us and have some learning to do so if anyone has any
advice for us, please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message! Otherwise, thank
you for the support!

Just made a purchase so that we can hopefully get positive feedback so that we
can get this thing started!!

Welcome! Like others have said, you wont get rich but its a fun hobby. For
me, figuring out the shipping was a big deal and it took quite a bit of trial
and error (and asking questions!) to get it right. I currently use Pirate Ship
and I'm really happy with it. It gets you commercial rates which saves buyers
quite a bit and makes your store more favorable to buy from. Best of luck with
your shop!!

Nope, nothing. I’ve only ever sold parts though Bricklink. I have no other

I recently found out that Paypal has permanently limited my account due to a
"potential risk". They wont tell me what I've done, only that I've
violated the user agreement and I can no longer do business with Paypal. The
man I talked to on the phone asked me if I was using a VPN. I am not. I'm
using my own personal computer. He couldn't tell me anything more. I have
filed an appeal but I am at a loss for what I should do. I can set up a new
Paypal with a new name and email but I don't want the same thing to happen
again and I have no idea what rule I have violated!

Has this happened to anyone else?
