Klopt!!

0.35 euro.

of aangetekend versturen.

Agree. I followed the instructions for reporting a double account (i.e. problem
center).

I will now also report it to the helpdesk.

  Hello,

I wanted to buy some parts of some sets, but I created 2 carts in the same store.
And I don't want the parts frome 1 set anymore. Is it possible to remove
1 of the 2 carts (in the store), and how?
Please let me know

Kind regards,
Arne

I don't know how you created 2 carts in one store, but removing a cart should
be possible.
When you do 'view cart' you can either put the quantities to '0'
and the ';update cart', which results in a empty cart.
Or you can use the 'remove' at each item to get to a empty cart.

Good question. I recently reported 2 accounts which seem to be from one user.
But so far no action seems to be taken. I don't know if I should expect any
feedback from the helpdesk/admins.

It is high time that bricklink gets a professional helpdesk that is operational
all day every day.

PayPal decided in your favour. Complete the NSS.
We don't need sellers who don't handle order issues.

When Paypal decides to refund a buyer, the money comes from the seller (paypal
freezes the full amount on the sellers account, and then uses that to pay the
buyer)! So the seller did refund.

If the seller wants the NSS removed the seller should add this information in
the NSS comments.

As a buyer you could add the comment that a refund was given via paypal.

I seperate them by hand. It is not really difficult, I don't think I have
damaged the parts ever.

Just move (rotate) the top piece further open (i.e. over the high part of the
bottom piece).

Hi all, Could you consider showing the year of release somewhere at the top of
the first page when printing inventory lists? I find I'm writing it at the
top every time I print one out. Cheers!

Yes!
For used sets I try to make sure that parts are somewhat period correct (i.e.
solid head stud, pip on stud or not). For that I also look up/write down the
year of release of a set on the set inventory.

Use the UPU tool, then it is easy to see:

For international orders there are countries which require addresses to be written
in national alphabet. It would be better if the information is actually available
in BL as it is required by the buyer's postal system as it is a pain to get
the required information after the fact from buyers.
https://www.upu.int/UPU/media/upu/documents/PostCode/Universal-POSTCODE%C2%AE-DataBase-specific-FAQs.pdf

It is actually up to the buyer to provide the correct information, but buyers
are rather limited by BL's way of doing things.

I use the app of the postal service I use to create the shipping labels. They
provide certain fields that can be filled out. But from the bricklink address
it is not alway clear which is which.
I've not yet had orders from a country that needed a national alphabet.

Would it be possible to show the names of the address fields?
With international addresses it sometimes is not clear what is the city, what
is the region, what is the streetname, etc.

And even with national addresses it is not clear. I just had somebody with two
streetnames and numbers. This is probably the address 1 streetname, number and
the optional address 2 streetname, number. But when shipping I can only use one
address. When would I as a seller use the optional address, how would i know
to use it?

And it would also be useful if the address is filled out in 'english'
(i.e. no chinese, russian, israelian characters that are not always available
in shipping label apps)

Per the catalog roadmap, we're now taking suggestions for what we should
do with BAM sets, parts, and figures. Please provide specific suggestions for
how you'd prefer to see these items handled and the rationale for your preferred
method.

Parts: should be treated as regular parts. Similar to parts in colours-not-used-in-sets
that get no special entry.

Figures: Maybe add the figure as designed by Lego to the catalog as a minifig.
But not all the different variations one can make. (these parts should be added
as parts). Parts description just as regular parts.

Sets: Add the set as designed by Lego to the catalog. Variations should not be
added as set. Parts should be added as regular parts.

Removing the itemnumber and checking the 'custom' box does not seem work?!

Oh it does work in the 'older version' but not in 'newer version'
of 'edit more' of the listing.

So yesterday I changed my inomplete minifig listings to cusom items (with custom
picture). And they were deleted anyway?! And of course without any notification.

But most users do not remove the default quote (which can be a lot of text).

Yes, 'selective quote' those should be used. So no default quote, but
an option to quote (part of) a previous post.

Where can I find this rule about listing minifigures?

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=102&q=incomplete

Incomplete Minifigs - All minifigs, both New and Used, must be listed
as Complete. Incomplete minifigs should be broken down and listed as parts, or
listed in the custom items section with a custom photo and clear description.

Thanks

Similar to the "minifigs must be complete in order to list under minifig listing",
this should be extended to animals as well.

An elephant without ears should be listed as a custom item or broken down.
Likewise, a basilisk without teeth is not a basilisk, but a custom assembly of
part.

(discuss?)

Paul

I do not agree. At least not if we are talking about 'listing' as in
making shop inventory available to be sold.

It should remain possible to list an incomplete minfigure or animal figure. Of
course it should be clearly noted that the figure is incomplete.
Why would I have to list an elephant with one missing ear as separate parts or
'custom'? Custom is really not correct as it is a catalog entry, just
with a part missing.
Separate parts could be an alternative, but I as a seller prefer to sell figures
complete or almost complete.

Where can I find this rule about listing minifigures?

Please remove the default quote of the previous forum post in a post reply.

I find the forum difficult to read because of the forum style (where each reply
can become a seperate thread)
All the unneccessary quotes make it even more difficult to read.

Sometimes in a large discussion a reply is almost reduced to vertical layout
of words (somewhere on the right side of the screen) because of all the quotes
and thread splits.

Is it wrong to list incomplete sticker sheets as 'new' (with a picture
of the actual sheet and clearly stated in the comments that it is incomplete)?

Sticker sheets missing stickers must be listed as Used.

Thank you for clearing that up.

But my suggestion to sending notice to sellers before deleting items still stands.
Deleting items without warning suggests that the seller had fraudulent intend.
Whereas it most likely is a simple mistake.
