| Hi,
I need to exclude a country from my "ship to" list, but there does not
seem to be any way to do this. It mentions editing my list, but there is no
button to edit with.
How do you exclude a country from the list?
Thanks.

| To The Bricklink Admins:
Thank you for all that you do! You work mostly behind the scenes making Bricklink
the great site that it is, and for that I thank you. You are much appreciated.
I can list and sell, and I don't have to worry about the site crashing or
things going sideways. I know there was a glitch at the end of 2023, but that
is the only real problem there has been since I joined in 2012.
So, a Big Thank You to you and the BL team who make this site such a wonderful
place to buy and sell.
Have a great 2024!

| I was wondering if anyone knows a way to link to the tracking numbers generated
through Paypal shipping, so when I send out the "drive through" notification
it will automatically include the tracking number without my having to type it
in manually each time.
Thanks!

| I have these two bushings with an orange rubber band around them. Are these
just the creative idea of a child, or are these orange bands an important part
of the piece? If important, could you give me the part number?
Thanks!

| Hi,
I need to give a customer a refund, but every time I try to do it, it says "Something
went wrong" and will not put the refund through. It would be more helpful if
it told me what was wrong. Any ideas?
Thanks,

kind of hinge and is marked Lego.
Thanks!

| Could we add to the catalog a third combination (41681c03)? This would include
the following:
41679 x 2 in Dark Gray
41680 x 1 in Light Gray
41681 x 1 in Dark Gray
This combination comes from set 8557-1, Exo-Toa.
Thanks

| Please add the color trans-neon-orange to the known colors of the 48729a listing.
48729a in trans-neon-orange is part of the #8761 Roodaka Bionicle set.

| I just purchased several black technic axle pins which I am unsure about. They
were rather expensive, so I want to know that I bought authentic Lego pieces.
These have strange markings and odd mold styles. I am picturing them below.
The one on the left has a hole in the pin and spaces in the axle as well as some
kind of marking pictured in photo 2.
The one on the right also has a strange mark on the pin, pictured in photo 3.
Are these fakes?
Thanks

| Hi,
I have a buyer from Brazil who ordered from me in the US, and I invoiced him.
He is trying to pay through BL, but there is no payment button on his order
screen. I am having to send another invoice through Paypal. Normally, the button
shows up, but for whatever reason it is not this time. I have the instant checkout
box checked for international buyers in my store settings, so that should not
be it.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
Thanks,

Thanks for any help.

| I'm not sure what should be done with this. I have found a variation to
the #57560pb01, Hydruka Back Plate in the Glow in the Dark Opaque color. Under
the only listing available, it is entitled as being "Marbled Trans-Light Blue."
However, there is a variation which is more like Trans-Dark Blue. I am including
a photo of them side-by-side. Should there be a #57560pb02 in the catalog noting
the Trans-Dark Blue color? If you look at the available items, some are listed
as Trans-Dark Blue already, but that conflicts with the title.

| I need some help identifying the color of the Bionicle mask on the right. It
is part #32573. It came in a large lot of used Bionicle parts, so I don't
know what set it came from originally. Supposedly, it only comes in Black, Blue,
Dark Gray, Light Gray, Lime, Medium Blue, Orange, Tan, Yellow, Copper, and Pearl
Light Gray.
As you can see, this is not any of those colors. I have photographed it with
a copper part next to it, so you can see that it is not copper. The closest
I can figure is that this is chrome pink, but there is nothing chrome about it.
It is more like a pearl dark pink color.
What color do you think it is?
I appreciate your help.
Stan.

| Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me why random items show up as stockroom
items in my inventory. I have no items I have intentionally marked for retention
in stockroom, yet every Monday I go to my inventory and delete random items that
have shown up as zero count stockroom items.
Is this something I have done in error, or is it a system problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Stan.
