Instruction Book 1. Step 12. Stickers were not numbered by then. This one slipped through the cracks until you inventory your original set and find the extra white 2x2 tile with clear sticker unlike anything else in the catalog, then compare to original sticker sheet and go back through instructions to prove that you aren't crazy. Sorry for TMI.

Ugh. Our internet works fine.

I would try (at least 10 minutes after your last attempt):
* log out
* clear browser cache
* remove all BrickLink cookies
* close browser and restart it, log in, then retry?

Thanks for responding! No luck again. Started process and if we get an email
with code, it will already be expired. Nothing in junk email from BL. Something
is def wrong here.

Jonas has done excellent work during this past year in his catalog-side-only
position, quickly masterning all the various functions in what has often been
called a "minefield" environment.

Of particular interest to him is the process of getting all the set entries added
to the database at the correct time (and with the correct details of course),
which involves staging them as pending items and doing research as to when each
set will be released:

The scheduled release date is usually added to the item name on a pending entry.
As you can see, we are on the verge of a huge upload of new sets. June 1 is typcially
