For me the 21709 is the lower bucket also having different teeth (like 2 gaps).

Since we already have different entries for hinges reflecting different teeth
styles wouldn't it be also recommended to split the

30394 Vehicle, Digger Bucket 7 Teeth 3 x 6 with Locking 2 Finger Hinge
Parts: Vehicle

into 2 separate
entries?

Furthermore the 21709 is the lower bucket whereas all my 30394 are the taller
ones. (Maybe someone can confirm this as well)

Since it was a big order, I don't want to cancel or refund the order. And
I will definitely not pay back the shipping costs. What are your thoughts about
this? How should I proceed?

I think within the EU there is a general 14 days refund policy by law without
the need to specify any reasons (starts as soon as the good arrives at the customer)

In general: when a buyer chooses a cheap shipment (without insurance) and anything
goes wrong (for example; the package got lost); it is not my responsibility,
is it?

Due to the refund policy you kind of need to proof that you order arrived at
the customer in some way. So uninsured shipping is kind of always the sellers
risk.

For my store I offer uninsured / nontracked shipping but with the knowledge when
something does not arrive it will be fully! refunded by my side. I do this because
in 11 years only ~10 deliveries got lost and it may convince buyers to place
an order with me rather when pay 3 EUR more in an other shop (especially if its
a small order). If something is to risky for me I upgrade the shipping to insured/tracked
one on my side (mathematically its just a 5%-10% discount on the order usually
- which is quite common though) (BUT I currently also only ship in DE though
^^)

Last thoughts: you don't want negative reviews/ratings of your store, but
what to do when a customer is just unreasonable?

I would recommend to offer shipping the order covering the costs from your side
or cancel / refund the order including shipping costs completely. At least that
is what I would do.

As already meantioned you might loose a bit here but a returning happy customer
can be worth more in the long run. Even though they might not order a second
time, maybe their friends will due to his recommendation. You never know

I assume the reason is due to the fact that the LEGO Design ID for
[p=24305pb01]
is 24305: https://brickset.com/parts/design-24305

Since that was the first one entered into the catalog, whoever added it just
used the LEGO Design ID instead of actually looking for the mold number in the
part.

Now that we know the mold number from your image, I will update the numbers here
to reflect the real mold number.

this item

[P=24305pb02,55]

displays 24304 (see attachment) in the mold but 24305 in the catalog thus entering
24304* will yield no search results. What is the reason for the item no. being
off by one?

Dito für meine Steuernummer wurde ebenso bestätigt, das diese jetzt auch für
die Umsatzsteuer aktiviert wurde als Kleinunternehmer. Vom Bundeszentralamt
für Steuern gab es dann ein separates Schreiben mit meiner Umstatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer
(merke Steuernummer ungleich USt-IdNr !)

Habe diese jetzt auch in mein Impressum aufgenommen, da soweit ich weiss bei
Kenntniss der USt-IdNr diese auch impressumspflichtig wird.

Soweit wie ich das jetzt verstanden habe kann man bei Umsatz 10.000 € in andere
EU-Länder sich für das One-Stop-Shop-Verfahren registrieren. Hier gibt man dann
eine Spezielle Steuererklärung ab und führt dann die Steuerschuld zentral im
Wohnsitzland ab. (Verteilung übernimmt dann wohl das Finanzamt) Genau dafür benötigt
man auch die Ust.ID.

The actual function to add the crowdfunding project to the cart is actually quite
simple:

Though the whole integration will show you if there is still items left for you
region etc. But in the end its just a call to the lego online store cart with
the product ID attached.

Its a bit wierd though that you can actually search for a projects name and will
be presented with a "shop now CTA" which will redirect you back to the bricklink
page just to grap the project ID (and availability) from there.

So there can one get the project ID from? One can ask the javascript blapp running
in your browsers (wierd deep nesting oO)

I managed to get one of the Castle in the Forest sets but I rushed in headlong
without thinking. PayPal charged my card for the amount and I managed to wait
just long enough to see that my shipping address was correct and that it went
through but I closed the page on LEGO's site and I haven't received an
email for my purchase so I'm a bit worried. I was not logged into my account
and have no idea where I'd go or how I'd be able to see it.

Was also confused to get no E-mMil at first from Lego confirming the order. Paypal
E-Mail I got like 5mins after the order.

The Lego confirmation I got ~ 1 hour later.

So its working and we can relax
