I didn't quite understand your answer
I just wish I could have a program to handle BL BO better
and my site I see nothing wrong with all this
considering also that BL is applying VAT rules incorrectly
you said that BL does sharing ch'on other sites such as?

The same as a sale but reversed so either use a -10% (or whatever percent) or
+10% (can’t remember which)

able to do so

That’s why peregrinator said:
1. “fyi” (= For Your Information) = next time, cancel yourself (if buyer agrees
of course),
2. “respond to the NSS.” Now it’s an NSS, you have to wait for an admin to look
at it. So answer the NSS.
