Hasbro ( Lego Parent Company) just laid off like 10% of their employeees worldwide
across all brands, including Lego due to lack of money coming in.

Is this satire?

Refund, learn, and move on. You are responsible despite terms. Also, packages
that have "tire" treads that look like they were run over may have been
inserted into a USPS sorting machine that isn't designed for rigid items
and only for flats/envelopes.

Good to know. Reading through the Ground Advantage prior to it's implementation,
everything I read said 2-5 days delivery which is what I reflected in new shipping
terms. I've had to change it to 2-7 days as some estimated delivery dates
from Maryland to California were 7 days. Again, another departure from FCPS.

Just when I think I've got shipping all figured out and made easy for buyers,
now with this new system you'll be able to ship packages 1lb and it won't
have to go Priority.

I wouldn't worry about your negative. Anyone looking at your feedback, then
their response, will know who's in the wrong. Leaving a negative for that
seller was worth you getting retaliatory feedback so other buyer's will think
twice before ordering from them.

They've got TWO negatives already this year. I'm sure they deserve a
lot more negatives but buyers are scared of the retaliatory negative so they
choose not to leave feedback or false positive/neutral.

I wouldn't even wait for a reply from the seller. Start a PayPal claim and
get your money back. Seller openly says in their terms that they're not selling
LEGO (which is what you bought) and won't check to see if the parts are genuine
or not. Read their feedback.

Store needs to be closed. If I have the couple parts you need message me and
ill ship them to you.
