I saw this mech recently and love the design and have since spent more time than
im willing to admit searching for other images, parts list, instructions to no
avail. Can anyone help me identify the canopy components used here? Or perhaps
you've seen other images of the same moc? Thanks

Thanks so much! It is a Jurassic world sphere! Catalogued as a hemisphere, not
a canopy, windscreen, glass or any other word I could think of. Thanks again.

You can kind of do it in the advanced search menu. Set "sort items by Highest
Price". It doesn't give you an overview of the entire catalogue, but you
can sort by category. This works for minifigs as well as sets.

I dont see a sort option for highest price. I hope I am just doing something
wrong, that would be a great sort option.

Jim

Neat! Thanks! Unfortunately i dont have any of them...lol

So i found that one of the manuals i added last was for a large set. after i
dropped it off it allowed me to place the order. Guess it had something to do
with sizing as you described.

A Canadian buyer did write me (dutch seller)this: I have a cart of things put
together to order but everytime i try to checkout or request the quote it says
'technical issue' and sends me back to the store mainpage. Any help would
be much appreciated.

Does someone know what the problem is?

Hello all, Im the Canadian buyer in this situation. I've since added 2 more
items to the cart, instr. manuals, and now it wont register any shipping options.
first time it gave me a message 'incomplete item information' or it could
have been 'missing item information'?

It might be that with the extra items, your cart wont fit in any of the shipping
methods to Canada. Specifically with instruction manuals, the default shipping
dimensions might be incorrect (BL defaults to box size, for larger sets it thus
thinks the manual is very big). This dimensions can be corrected in the database,
and sellers can also overrule them with their own dimensions.

Don't know if that is here the case (which instructions are it), or that
the seller has some strict dimensional limitations on shipping to Canada.

As a Canadian buyer, im usually astonished about the speed it takes things to
arrive even domestically through Canada Post. I recently had a package take 3
weeks to ship from Toronto, which is roughly 4 hours from me geographically,
while i had 2 other packages from Germany and Holland arrive in less than a week.
I dont normally take tracking as im busy enough with other things that i usually
forget about my orders until they show up but still, sometime it just leaves
me scratching my head about Canada Post.

In Shipping, MrPetovan writes:
You're right, I've been conflating both package timelines although one
was reportedly shipped way a full week later than the other.

And I'm not sure the cost of developing patience isn't prohibitive, I've
already purchased a couple LEGO sets totaling US $290 in the meantime to scratch
my LEGO itch.

Still, I'm not entirely giving up on Canadian stores since one of my Wanted
list cost jumps from US $131 to US $153 when excluding Canada, so I could pay
both Canadian sellers US$10 more for tracking over untracked and still be even.

In Shipping, calebfishn writes:
Canada Post's delivery standard for small packet to the USA is 5-8 business
days.
That is in normal times, not CoVid times which has caused delays.

If your package was shipped May 10, that makes nine business days, which isn't
any cause for alarm, and certainly not cause to give up on Canadian sellers.
If your package was shipped May 17, that means it has only been four or five
business days so far. That is well within the shipping standard of Canada Post.
You might even consider it remarkable, considering you are ordering from a foreign
country.

I'd be happy to offer you tracked shipping, although I would not recommend
you paying the significance extra cost just for some peace of mind. Developing
patience is probably less expensive.
