This is the catalgue I'm refering to lol. They only talks about hollow studs
and open studs, there's no talking about closed studs. 2 render pictures
can be a closed stud but is only a guess as the angle doesn't help. Even
the 3D image shows a y hollow stud. This is the reason why I'm asking it
as there's no showing clearly or talking clearly of a closed stud version....

See the image for BrickLink stud types minus "Open Stud".

"Blocked Open Stud" and "Vented Stud" are no longer recognized
as of last month and were combined with "Hollow Stud".

Going forward, there will be only three stud types recognized on BrickLink: "Solid
Stud", "Open Stud", and "Hollow Stud".

To me a hollow stud sounds like an open stud. Sounds my English is super bad
😅 My apologies then

I never checked then the partnr, as it had a logo, but the color blue was a bit
off color, also more friction then other hairs.

You're saying you have a part with the Lego logo on it that is nevertheless
fake?

I had it, but as die hard collector I've put it out of my hands. But yes
sadly. We live in a corrupt world.

I have no interest in these things at all but if it has the Lego logo why would
it be a fake?
Prototypes are prototypes for a reason, they can be (slightly) different of shape,
color, consistency etc.

No these are called qparts, non production parts. Prototypes nearly never having
a partnumber. I've seen only +- 30 prototypes and only like 2 had a partnumber.
These are added on the very final stage.

But you missed a part on my first message. There 4 different types of headgear
and 2 hairs that ALL having the same partnumber 95222. Which is impossible as
every part have a different ID. All 6 these parts came in blue, dark blue, brown
and lb gray. Slightly different off color and they having issues pulling them
of a head. Genuine lego qparts don't have this issue. You also don't
find this many same colors on different modern parts. Only red or lb gray as
they test the new mould in these colors. These popped up 5 years ago. Not much
info to be found. I'm sure TLG is aware of this.

Hi,

few years ago I've added few hundreds of qpart (prototype) colors to the
database. sadly I've had a fake counterpart in my collection.
The blue Emmet part id 15443 is fake.
As some know area 2018 6-7 types of headgears and hairs popped up in 5 similar
colors , all with same partnr 95222 inside. With the lego logo and copyright.
I never checked then the partnr, as it had a logo, but the color blue was a bit
off color, also more friction then other hairs.

So I like to request to delete this counterpart from the data list and send my
apologies. 30€ wasted :o

  Greetings all,

Question - I received negative feedback from a seller because I did not complete
an order. I didn't complete the order and cancelled because the shipping
cost was ridiculously high. According to bricklink policy, that is an acceptable
course of action. I notified the seller why I was cancelling the order. Seemed
to cancel just fine so I assumed this was OK.

However, the seller posted a "NPB" feedback post and then subsequently
blocked me so I can't even communicate a resolution with them.

Is there something that can be done about this? I submitted a feedback removal
request, but who reviews and determines if it can be removed?

Thanks in advance.

Cornbread

The feedback system is a joke since day 1. I've had a neutral feedback for
a shipping that took a month while I've sent it within 24 hours after payment.
And a neutral damage your 100% as much as a negative. Bl doesn't care. Idk
if the seller had all his prices listed. And you have the weight enabled? I don't
give a bad feedback when smd cancels but I have my shipping prices in public.
So people know their weight n price b4 buying...

I know they put each color print in steps but it doesn't make much sense
to me to make a layer that on the end product isn't visible, not sure how
under a tan print a white print can make the tan print "more" tan. But
these days much weird things going on in the world we don't understand :'
But thx for the assist tho

Hi, I want to add smt to my store but I need confirmation before I'm doing
smt wrong here. I've bought this head some time ago with this sellers info..."Missing
final stage print". But now I'm looking here and I can't find a magenta
version with white ink as a first stage.

Knight Min146

and

Huntress Min095

are the closest modified heads I can find with a similar pattern, but with a
different base color then white. I'm not a minecraft fan at all, am I mssing
a figure in the database with this white print?

Cheers!

If the paint was completely removed you easily could ask 40-50€ for it. Depending
the marbling effect. But don't think it's as easy as previous comment
told about. I've bought a lot with different trees over a month ago and they
can be very labor intensive and for sure not healthy either. The more deeper
surfaces, like your tree has, the longer it takes. Not all trees have same paint,
easiest r the small bushes. But certain trees are a nightmare. You can't
use many biting products as it bites the plastic or wearing the structure. Not
have tried this one yet tho.

At this state it's more called a damaged tree then selling a real rare piece.
So yeah now 5-10€ will be the max you can ask

Few reactions here on the type 2 (illegal version), as yours is the type 1 version

Hello, had a deletion in my shop of the spiked hair in HTF color orange and purple.
Email about counterfeits etc etc. Can't find any info here in the forums.
Noticed all other colors (white/yellow are also gone from others)

I saw some time ago the discussion about deleting M parts (mexican (illegal)
parts), but I've had these spiked hairs 3 years ago, before the trans figs.

I'm curious about the reason of the deletion.

Kind regards,Matth

I had a lot of fun collecting these parts and putting them together for several
years, these were a favorite of my son when he was a little younger and he would
often have fun pulling them off and putting them back on. These do not have a
lot of scratches, but they have some heavy wear from being pulled off and put
back on many times. Some are still in excellent condition. They still make an
impressive display.
This is a good place to start if you are interested in collecting monochrome
parts. I spent well over $200 buying these parts piece by piece. Listing includes
the baseplate and minifig stands, but I can remove those to reduce the cost and
cut the shipping cost down too.
For full details, read the listing in my shop. I'm happy to answer any questions
I can. I will entertain offers.
https://store.bricklink.com/atrbricks&utm_content=globalnav#/shop?o={%22pgSize%22:100,%22catID%22:%22143%22,%22itemStatus%22:%22U%22,%22showHomeItems%22:0}

Also should add that some of these have been wiped. As it's been a few years
I have no idea really which pieces have been wiped. Some of these pieces obviously
still have printing, but can be easily wiped, I just never took the time to finish
them.

Just an idea but there's a facebook group involving monochrome figs/parts,
think in this case it's maybe easier to sell then here. If selling here you
will need to put it under custom, but then people can't find it in the categories
of the site itself...

8 bricks in 8 colors for sale in 1 lot if someone is interested.

For the ones don't know...TLG gave moulds away to plastic suppliers in the
60's/70's in search for new plastic as we know today as PC and ABS...
Bricks came in many colors and many forms, ABCDEF molds...

8 for 24€...
Check under custom

You could generally expect zero damage in one use of all of those red parts,
but plugged between head and torso is all the use any headphones would ever get.
When would they ever become used?

The hair n headphones never get any damage, but the hands does, the hands on
the post are my own and one is damaged on the "handplug". parts r a pain in the
*** to attach lol.

The definition of used is not having any damaged though. A part that has been
attached to another part (except when built and sold that way by LEGO) is used.

Again as you missed a message, the hair and hands I've got double, the hair
goes 50, the hands 10 per, so "the 2ndhand" headphones r just on it for free.
So I hope seriously now this topic is closed..... ..... ... .. .

None of those are in new condition since they are all clearly used from your
photo.

Hair n hands are doubles smart pants.

Then you should have said so in your original message.

Headphones r just plugged between so zero damage 👍

That isn't "have been handled only for sorting".

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=102

If I say they are new, why judging or attacking they r not new? You saw anybody
posting negative feedbacks on my store on not selling new parts? You could have
easily asked in PM about it instead of looking like a fool now sir.

I understand your concern. They are not cheap. I've bought that lime version
of hair braided 11420. Bought new at 150€, came with a scratch on the flat middle,
asking around with other collectors it all has the same scratch, defect on the
mold. Even new from mould seller could have said it was scratched. He didn't.I
was bumped obviously.

Another one... All the red Boba fett type 1 helmet in red, the vader type 1 in
red, chewbacca etc etc... They are always sold as new after 10-15 years, you
think nobody attached them on their fig????? paying 1000€ for it??? They did
lol.

I'm selling or sold red glasses/doors etc, all new from testing the mould,
but damaged, so...I sell them 2ndhands, even they are never used.

So please, I know social media these are more about being bitter n commenting
instead of supporting, but again, ask this in Pm, instead of wasting our time
here and everybody sees your comment.

Cheers,Matth
