  Help needed.

Had perfect feedback until the following happend:

Buyer orders a set and I send him a shipping price that is lower than what is
stated in the store terms. I give the discount without him asking me.
Then I see he requests to cancel the order because the shipping price is too
high, without even writing to me.
I send him the following message

"from: Chrishvidt Sent on: Jun 17, 2022 04:20
Hello

Can see you are requesting to cancel with the reason that I provided too high
a shipping price. The store terms state that it would cost an estimated USD 78.35
to ship and the priCe I gave you was USD 60.

So from my point of view, I am therefore quite surprised with a cancellation
request where it looks like I overcharged you, when in reality it was quite the
opposite.

How do you feel we should solve this issue?

Best regards

Christian"

He then gives me a bad feedback/complaint stating that I overcharged him on the
shipping, again without even sending me a message. Despite the fact that I just
cancelled the order, straight away.

I do in no way agree with such a complaint, and as I see it, it is both a lie
and damaging to my store, which before that had a perfect reputation. I even
tried writing him again without him responding to my message.

Tried to have the complaint removed and also tried helpdesk but no help at all.

What are my options when he clearly lies in the feedback?

Thank you

Christian

If a seller is willing to cancel an order at the request of the buyer before
the buyer pays or after issuing a full refund.

Then

A buyer should not be able to leave ANY feedback.

I agree with this

It is not often that I find sealed bags in a collection I have bought. Recently
I bought a 160 lb. collection that was advertised as mostly Star Wars and Super
Heroes. There were several zip bags that were unmarked and had pieces. 1 of those
had 100 or so pieces in it with 2 minifigures from 75827 Firehouse Headquarters.
The pieces in the bag all go to this set. Later in a second box from this collection
I found several sealed bags that I believe go to the Firehouse. Is there a site
that I can find out how many sealed bags and/or loose pieces came in the box
and what the numbers of the bags are?
.
As an aside, should all sealed bags in a Lego set have the same year printed
on them? IE: 2015 The Lego Group

Thanks in advance for any help!

Anybody else ever received a crushed set from a Lego.com order? This is the
first time from a Lego order something like this has happened to me. The delivery
box was in normal condition, so when the set was packed it was already crushed.
The entire box is crushed and even the end of the box is ripped off. Maybe
someone wasn't feeling so awesome at the Lego factory that day? I was going
to give the set as a gift, but I think I'll order a new one and just keep
this set myself to assemble.

Could probably call LEGO, and they would probably make it right

Hello!
We have been going through a bunch of minifig parts recently, and have been trying
to part together any complete ones that we may have. However, many have been
listed for parts. Is there any software that allows a store to see what minifigs
they have all of the parts to build listed in their inventory? This would be
an extremely useful tool for completing minifigures.

  Hi! All,

We can see the shopping carts of what we buy but why can't we see the shopping
carts that are in our store. In a supermarket, you would be able to suggest items
to purchase.
In our stores, (well in mine) I don't know if anyone is there (other than
the trail message on the view page) nor what they wish to purchase.

It would be good if we could see their cart and make suggestions while buying.

Just a thought!

Thanks Cate

Hi!
What do you mean by "the trail message on the view page"? Where can I find that?
Thanks!

In Problem Order, Xemptsbricks writes:
Hello! I and a few others have fallen victim to a scam on Bricklink.

We found a seller with 65 new sw0450 (P2 Captain Rex), listed at $65 each minifigure.
Fishy and too good to be true, yes, but you miss 100% of the deals you don't
snag! Not to mention, this seller also was new and only had 1 Positive Feedback.

So I put an order for 6 Minifigures and waited, and to my surprise, the order
was shipped with tracking! A few days before receiving, I see that another buyer
had left a negative FB stating it was a scam and that the minifigs were fake.
With all hope lost of receiving real LEGO, I waited for the arrival of the parcel
so that I could start a PayPal claim.

Lo and behold I received the order. Open it and find 6 fake/knockoff plain P1
Clone Troopers (with real LEGO blasters). 3 of them had blue marker on the helmet
fins (haha).

So messages via BL did not work. I filed a claim with PayPal and the seller responded
to PayPal saying "I don't understand, he got what he payed for." PayPal states
once I return and upload tracking to PayPal, and it gets marked delivered, I
will have my refund sent to me automatically. I also filed a NSS.

Couple side facts/thoughts,

1. He isn't a new seller and he just made an another account to snatch $4,225
quick via the scam. I think this because he updated the orders and fulfilled
them with no hiccups. drive thru, invoices, packed/shipped statuses, ect.

2. He will probably attempt to say I sent him fakes in return.

3. Others have ordered other minifigs listed as new from him and have received
them in used condition along with fake p1 clones substitutions.

It's all just kinda bizarre that it's like a half scam. I am not sure
how you could confuse sw0442
with sw0450. Yes, all the red flags were there and I should not have ordered.
But I felt if it was true, I'd be kicking myself for not getting them. The
sellers store is linked here https://store.bricklink.com/Legofansince05?p=Legofansince05#/shop

+1
I also placed an order with this store in the hopes that it wasn't a scam,
but at this point, it is certainly a scam. My package will most likely arrive
tomorrow.

I agree and would further say, create a downloadable mobile app for BL! I check
my store and messages often when I am out, on my phone using the phone internet
browser. It is not very user friendly on a small phone screen. A mobile application
would be so much more convenient and easier to navigate, for sellers and buyers!

So I have questions for all of the sellers here. Firstly I am not a seller here
but have sold online for a very long time, other products, other sites.

Here are my questions:

1 - Do you feel/think sellers should thoroughly clean and sanitize their used
bricks before selling?

I ask this because I haven't bought a ton here yet but I have now received
three shipments that I would consider filthy and I needed to clean. Quite disgusting
when they stink or have visible grime on them.

2 - Would you ever send a shipment of pieces to a buyer built into a large
flat brick?

I ask this because I had just received a shipment and all 400+ pieces were attached
into large bricks. This then took me around two hours to disassemble to see if
everything I ordered was actually there. In my opinion, this method of shipping
isn't acceptable.

Thanks for the feedback and opinions in advance.

1. We have also received dirty unwashed parts, and had to wash them ourselves
before using them. Personally, we wash pretty much all of our used parts before
adding them to the store. The only exception is if we are parting out a used
set that looks to have been built and put in a bag, to not be played with since,
and not show any signs of dust or wear.

2. No, we bag all of our parts Not put together.
