| This happened twice two days ago. And now just happened twice again. I keep trying
to purchase labels from shipstation through my paypal account. And they are charging
my account for the labels but actually giving me the labels. Saying there was
an error transferring the money so the transaction can't be completed. However
they were able to deduct the money from my paypal account. This is INFURIATING.
This is 16 dollars they have of mine now. and I have no labels to show for it.
Anyone else?
|
This happened to me a few days ago. I was told Pay Pal will issue a credit on
your account for the charges where a label could not be printed, however in my
case Pay Pal issued a credit voucher to be used when paying through Pay Pal instead
of issuing a credit back to my Pay Pal account.

I'm having that same issue. I was also charged for the postage as I attempted
to print the same label twice. Does anyone know what the procedure is to obtain
a refund from Pay Pal for the postage?

| I had an order that was thought to be lost in the mail and a refund was issued
for the full amount of the order and the order was cancelled. I filed a missing
notice with the post office and about a month later the package was found and
delivered to the buyer. I have the email notification from the USPS that the
order was delivered. How do I have the buyer resend the payment for the order
now that the order was delivered?

New, sealed
Alrighty, here’s the contest:
Among the packages we dropped off this morning @ 7am Aug 4th, was a package traveling
USPS First Class to Texas (we're in Washington) Be the closest to the delivered
date and time entry, to win.
When the package has shown as “Delivered” I will post the USPS tracking link
to show details and declare the winner.
As it's a prize, we’ll pay the shipping (the right thing to do) And so with
that in mind, only BL members based within the US are eligible. Unless... you
are willing to supply a US address (friends, family, another BL member, etc,
does matter) where the prize can be shipped to. If so, please join in!
Contest rules are few: Two entries per member ~ per 24 hour period. The closest
entry wins. Identical entries are adjudicated by timestamp. Extraneous silliness
is encouraged
Have a little fun!

I'll predict 8/8 @ 11:47am or 8/9 @ 3:35pm

Do yourself a favor and add a First Class shipping option - $9.65 is simply too
much to pay to ship a small order.

I’ve just added First Class shipping option.

You might also want to state the amount you will be charging for the shipping
supplies too.

| I was recently switched over to Shipstation by PayPal and printed my first international
label to Canada. The label did not show the address for the Canadian buyer.
It showed the address as follows: (Buyers name), c/o Postal Processing Facility,
7101 S. Central Ave., #513637, Los Angeles, CA 90051. Is the label correct?
How is the package to be delivered to the buyer without the buyers address?
Am I missing something?

since I don't see any "LEGO" marks or part numbers on them.

Thanks Yorbrick for the explanation. Didn't know it takes 3 years to delete
the negative orders with problems. Thought they all were purged after 6 months.

| I understand that feedback is permanent but what I don't understand is why
the orders received with negative feedback aren't purged after 6 months.
I have an order received that I posted negative feedback for dated in 2019 that
is still listed in the filed category and there is no provision to delete the
order. All orders that have positive/neutral feedback are being deleted after
6 months in the filed category. Why doesn't the 6 month purge apply to orders
with negative feedback?

| I have a question regarding the purging of negative feedback on orders that are
in the filed category. I know that Bricklink purges feedback after 6 months.
After checking the filed orders I noticed that all the negative feedback for
orders are still listed some of them going back to 2019. Why aren't those
orders purged? Is there a way to manually delete those orders from the filed
list?

Have they got the Lego stamp on the top of the neck piece?
If so, what are the torso base colours?

Checked both torsos and the Lego stamp is on the top of the neck piece. I would
think the torso base color would be reddish brown (left item) and lavender (right
item).

| I have a question regarding a NSS. I placed an order and paid for it. After
sometime had passed the order was never marked as shipped. The seller was contacted
and was told that it would ship the next day. The day passed and no tracking
number was provided to prove that the order was shipped. I then filed an NSS.
The seller responded to the NSS by refunding the cost of the order and also
said that the order was shipped but no tracking number was provided. I still
have the order status as an NSS. Can I follow through with the NSS and post
a negative rating for this transaction without receiving negative feedback in
return?
