Hey brickheads,

I was after some thoughts on what I should do in the situation I find myself
in with an order from Brickowl.

Customer ordered from overseas in October, paid for by PayPal, all packed and
shipped no problems so far.

In Jan I got the parcel returned to me as address not found.

I have tried to contact via email and BO messages to confirm the address as shipping
is quite pricey, 1/3 the cost of the order. I am willing to pay that to get them
their order, but not if it means it coming back again.

I have had no word from the customer saying they haven't received it nor
have they replied to my notes saying it had been returned and could they confirm
the address. BO lists that they have had another order flagged as claiming not
to be delivered.

Should I;-

1) Just put the items back into stock and refund them if they complain,
2) Hold the items on one side until they get back to me, bear in mind we are
now over 6 months since the order date.
3) Refund minus shipping and put the items back into stock

cheers for your wisdom

Garry

Have had an order come through from Spain I'm an Australian seller.

The order is for AUD $5.62 and shipping is about AUD $26.40.

Bricklink are collecting AUD $6.91 in VAT??!!! How is the vat greater than the
parts? Surely you don't pay tax on the shipping as well? Is this an error
from bricklink.

Customer has paid the invoice but it doesn't seem correct to me.

Anyone able to shed light?

Still relatively new to this whole social media lark myself but here is my stores
Instagram, it's managed by my Social Media Manager (AKA my wife), but she
has been a bit overrun with day job things of late so hasn't been overly
active.

  Hi everyone!

I am curious how many other sellers have social media accounts for their stores?
I am still trying to get the hand of things with my store's IG account as
I don't normally post much on my personal social media accounts.

If you have a social media account, post the link in a reply! I'd love to
see how others advertise and use social media platforms to connect with your
customers and enhance your store! I'll post mine below, let me know what
you think!

Does seem to be an older LG. It would be unlikely that the whole piece is perfectly
yellowed on all outside areas; On a second note, if the underside is LBG, then
it is definitely yellowed

  Hey brains trust

Is the part on the left colour fade / yellowed light bluish grey or is it indeed
the older light grey?

The underside is the same colour all hadn't thought that through 😁 I'll
go with it being the old grey. Cheers
