Hello,

There seems to be a bug in the order message system.

All our ordermessages received today have come in twice, both in inbox and in
the order.

All the double messages are exactly 20 minutes apart,

Am i the only one seeing this ''problem''?

For reference, if anybody is looking into this, or will in the future,

(yes some bricklinkemployee you should)

Buyer had the funds, since they have now paid using the paypalwebsite, and our
emailaddress,

On our side we can see every transaction they tried, so its ''comming
thru''

Why would we really love this looked at?
Because every seller can (or is) loosing sales on this, if i was the buyer, and
i would have to try and pay over and over again, i would move on to another website.

Thanks,

Janet

Good to see that there are new safetyprotocols with the login process.

Emails if new devices login,
Emails that you want to change your password.

That is very helpfull for this case,

Although it took a very long time to be back up again, (waiting always looks
like ages and ages)

We are happy to see that this is taken seriously,

Happy shopping everyone,

Hello,

Making a macro pictures sadly is not working with my phone, seems that app developers
take more care in stupid fuctions for socials then a simple zoomed in picture.

But yes you are correct there are ridges in the hole for better grip on a bar,

  Hello,

Has anyone notice a designchange in part

Part No: 15279 Name: Plant Grass Stem
*
15279 Plant Grass Stem
Parts: Plant

See attached pictures.

Er, which is which?

The left is the new design, on both pictures.

The hole is now perfectly round on 1 side of the part.
Type of plastic also looks changed.

Anybody got any insight?
Doe this require a new catalog entry?

It might be worth a catalog note stating this in the item's description.
Can a Technic pin be inserted into the large hole on both types of parts?

It’s a 3.2mm hole (for 3.18mm bars)

They both ''fit'' a bar, the new one (left) they reinforced/perfected
the hole on 1 end,
So it does not only fit, but looks designed to fit it.

The fact they have made it a proper hole with a flat rim looks to me like there
is a reason for this change.

It may just be the picture but it looks like they have also added ridges inside
for friction / clutch power?

Can you provide a closer/more detailed look at the hole?

Thanks (we've been waiting for this one to show up)
Paul.

   If
the older style did not allow this but the new style does allow this, then that
would be a valid reason to add a note for this item in it's catalog entry.

Cheers ...

Can someone shine a light on this item?

You would want this to be added to the catalog?

Would like to know where its from, i have a few dozen of them sitting in my (personal)
collection for years, still wrapped.

Got them at a convention years ago, but have no clue where they are really from.

If a looked correct and they are not in the catalog, i would need a little help
in adding them.

Hello,

If you mean order 20951642
from 20 minutes ago,

That order we have received, if another order, are you sure payment went through.
Cause we have had customers that thought a payment went through but the payment
was cancelled.

Actually these testheads mentioned here, were given away at a Legoshow.

They where in lugsupport boxes that contained left over minifigpart bags.

Please don't always throw the stolen card.

For instance DHL does not let me continue to print if the phone number is not
provided.

A few times already i had the mailman call me (with the number on the package)
to ask where i wanted my package since i wasn't at home

There is no need to provide a phone number. Neither letter nor package fit through
the telephone line. In my opinion, you just want to collect more data.
