The reporter let me know that the video was released on Friday, but I forgot
to post it until one of my buyers messaged me that he had seen it.

In Payment Methods, calebfishn writes:
First time this has happened to me. My buyer informs me that they cannot pay
for their order by Paypal Onsite.

Buyer says he gets an error statement: "We are unable to process your payment
using your paypal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try
using a different payment method."

Any ideas about what is going on and how I might help my buyer make the payment
through Onsite?

You can have the buyer pay through paypal direct.
Once the payment is made, you as the seller can update the BrickLink status to
“Paid” and then update to “Packed” and/or “Shipped”.
PayPal will keep a hold on the item and will only release the funds when the
item has been delivered (which means you must ship via a method which provides
tracking) or when the buyer releases the funds.
You aren’t avoiding any fees to BrickLink or PayPal with this, so should be good
😊
Good Luck!

You can also have the buyers use their free shipping label for an order, so you
can get more than one order out per Tuesday.

Hey All,
Free shipping Tuesdays is back for October.

Shipping in Canada for Small Business account holders means the Canadian buyer
can use their free shipping to get items from Canadian sellers.
You can get one expedited parcel shipped for free each Tuesday in October.
I was able to help a buyer get a kit from BC to Ontario with no shipping cost
to invoice!
A great way for sellers to move stock and buyers to save on shipping!
