But do I have to return the value of the order without the postage or also the
postage?

Hello.
I received an order that was paid for by paypal. I sent the order in January
and now I have received it back because it has not been picked up. The customer
wants me to give him back what he paid for. He doesn't tell me why he didn't
pick it up. I told him I'll send it again if he pays the postage. But he
wants his money back. What can I do ? Thanks.

Hello. I'm trying to join two 16x32 baseplates.

But I can't get them to be perfectly level with each other. If I try to place
a brick joining the two, it is very difficult to get it in the right position.
Then I leave a space and put another brick. When I try to put another one between
the two, it doesn't look good. Isn't there a way to automatically snap
the pieces into place? Thanks.

Strange question!?

You've got the Member's name, but this is the Username, and the store
is closed.

Thank you for your reply. I asked the question, because I received a message
that it had good prices, but I couldn't see the store. Thanks.

  Can we still buying parts from the Lego Company?

I checked Bricks & Pieces today and at the moment you can't, at least not
in the US.

From Lego.com:

"We’re making some improvements to our brick buying experience. To keep everything
going smoothly, we aren’t selling pieces through Bricks & Pieces while we make
our updates. We’ll be back online (and better than ever!) very soon."

Hope this helps,

Upstate_Brickz

Thank you so much for your answer. I thought there was some mistake on my part.

  Hello.
Does anyone know this 1x6 brick?

Just a normal

Part No: 3009  Name: Brick 1 x 6
*
3009 Brick 1 x 6
Parts: Brick {Tan}

Whether the bottom pins are solid or hollow is regarded an irrelevant difference.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. But I need to know if this piece is Lego and what
its code is. Thanks
