| Is there any way to check if the shipping fare system in your own store is working
ok at checkout? I can't order from myself so I can't see if the fares
are ok.
Any help?

Just request a quote at checkout.

| Hello! I sent a parcel (small order), I have proof of postage (sent with paypal
too, so double proof).
I have to wait 10 days from the due delivery date to make a claim, but the recipient
wants the refund straight away (we are talking about £5).
Should I leave the recipient to make a claim?
She's of course intimidating with negative feedback, but I'm willing
to refund as I am not losing money, so after the claim
What would you do?

| Dear Brickfriends,
I have a question for you. I just bumped today into some sets of Lego Movie 2,
at a 60% discount sale. They are NIB, sealed, but the boxes are slightly damaged.
Would you suggest to part out and sell the parts or to try to sell them as whole
sets?
Is there anyone more experienced who has a good suggestion to give?
Thanks!

| Hello! I have a couple of these heads, one from pi064 probably (Harbor Sentry).
The thing is that the pattern looks brown, not dark red, and it's solid stud.
In the inventory it doesn't refer to any mf, any suggestion?
Could that be a mistake in the inventory?
Thanks!

| Hello, I have two different versions of the slope 3297, some smooth and some
with a rough surface. Is there a single entry for both?
