  Hello,

In Germany, but also in Europe, we have the so-called "right of withdrawal".
This also applies to all commercial dealers in Germany who sell on Bricklink.

This also happened to me as the seller. The buyer sent back the order without
any reason and was refunded by me in his original payment method, so in the end
the order never took place
(cancelled from bookkeeping).

What happens with the selling fees for this order, especially $XXX or $XXXX orders?

If you Cancelled it (IBAN...) or Refunded it then cancelled it (PayPal, Stripe...)
then no problem, fees has been deducted for your next fees.

In short, no fees.

I meant the Bricklink selling fee for this order, not the payment fees!
Do I have to pay a selling fee to Bricklink for an order witch took never place
in the end?

How can I correct it in my orders received page?

I woke up this morning and saw my selling privileges were revoked and store suspended
(preventive action) without any information or message, no complaints or visible
issues so far. I contacted the Bricklink customer support immediately, but no
answer so far.

Is this the right way to close a store immediately without giving them the possibility
to act on any reason/issue/complaint or whatever else?

My apologises but I have no understanding for this measure.

Hope the customer support will answer soon.

Received an order from BG, buyer wants as B2B-order, orders shows BG-VAT 20%.
How is this to handle with the OSS-system ?

Thanks in advance

Just remove the tick checkbox on the VAT column and the prices will be changed
to without VAT

Thanks for the advice (worked), hope BL will not collect VAT on this order for
OSS.

How long does it take usually if it is shipped by surface mail?

I'm not sure how surface mail is actually shipped, but I am pretty sure that
it wasn't done by flight because when I bought from Europe and they shipped
by
flight I usually got it within 30 days in the worst case scenario. Now 50 days
already, does anyone know approximately how long will it take to ship from Europe
to South East Asia if it ISN'T done by flight?

Kartonagen ...) in Umlauf bringen (versenden)!

Gruss

Hello,

I have a problem with an Estonian buyer, who claimed that I sent him "Fake Lego"
baseplates 32x32 in tan.

Well, I am operating here for over 20 years and I never had/sold "Fake Lego".

I checked all my 32x32 baseplates and found out, that some have markings (Logo,
mold/ partnumber) on the back and some have nothing on the back. Also on some
baseplates (frontside) Lego Logos are not alined (slanted) on the dots (I think
from production/mold).

Can anyone confirm this or knows when Lego made a change in production.

Thanks for your help
