You do as you wish - your shop can stay closed.
Or invest a bit, refund a couple and get reopened?

You have to refund lost shipments - even said lost shipments: tracking isn't
the reality, it doesn't mean anything.

I have a customer who received her order. She ordered parts listed undetermined
type. she received 1 of each type of piece. She placed a NSS on her order.
This goes against me. Who do I contact to get this off?

could somebody from Bricklink please post an update as to when they will fix
the way orders print. The print scale has changed and there are so many complaints
about it.

Why not just adjust your shipping prices to reflect what they are? It is less
likely to annoy buyers compared to if they see you are adding on additional charges
on top of postage.

can somebody tell me how to adjust this in my shipping charges. I've done
this before.

I can't seem to issue any refunds today. I have 2 orders that I need to
refund for a missing part on each. I keep getting the message "something went
wrong". I've been trying since this morning, and I still can't refund.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does not work. I get the same message wither on I click on report problem or
request to cancel. Take me to a page explaining the reasons I can cancel. I've
set the order to packed status.

You go to the order
In the top on the right you can Read " report problem "

Than go for the option "what happend"
Scroll down to option "mutal agreement...."
Select and your ready.
If they asking for a comment you can explain the reason.

I had a buyer buy 1 part unfortunately it was listed incorrectly as a trash can
with 2 covers when it actually has 4 cover holder. I've changed the order
to packed I click on cancel at the top of the page and neither myself or the
buyer is able to actually cancel the order. Could somebody walk me through how
to cancel order. I greatly would appreciate your help.

suddenly I'm unable to pull anything up in my inventory. The front screen
shows I have parts in all the catagories but when I click on the catagory it
comes up saying no items found. I've rebooted my computer and used another
device and it happens on every device.

anybody know whats going on?

I have no idea where to go on any of the tabs to block a buyer. I've never
had the need to block a buyer. I would greatly appreciate some help.

I have a large order that shows delivered and scanned at the buyers address.
buyer says not received and wants a refund. What do I do with this situation?
