| You have to fulfill the wanted list yourself (aka place orders by going into
your wanted list, clicking "buy all" and having the system select stores/create
carts for you)
Then you place the orders and apply them to the wanted list once they arrive
and you've verified you bought everything; if you want to verify you've
purchased everything without actually having it in your hands, copy the wanted
list and apply the orders to it to make sure you've hit 100% of the parts
needed

| I just looked through the Reddish Brown decorated minifigure legs list & these
legs don't show up, I'm assuming it's either a custom printed piece
or fake Lego as a whole

| According to PayPal, you have 180 days from the purchase date; if you wait 6
months then there's really nobody to blame but yourself, sorry to say - usually
1 month is the deadline I would give for things to arrive unless the seller explicitly
states there are delays in getting stuff shipped
If it's only been 3 months, file a claim and get your money back

| You should file PayPal claims or a chargeback with your bank if you receive something
that isn't as described or not what you paid for; you should also file NSS
complaints (non-shipping seller) if the seller does not make things right and
isn't responding, as that's the way stores get shut down (3 strikes and
they're banned)
Never pay for orders through methods that don't have payment protection to
ensure you'll get your money back

| Lol, so they ignore the people asking about it on the forum to the point someone
contacts Lego corporate to get an answer, then they just outright lie about it?
Or are the handful of people on the forum the ones lying? 
I'm surprised the BL team didn't take 3 months to reply to the person
at Lego, but then again they'd actually have to face consequences if that
was the case

Unless they can provide a screenshot of the payment, then I wouldn't proceed
with the order & stoplist them just to be safe

| when it shows there are more parts assigned, it's usually because there are
multiple lots for a single part (if store A has 15 of a part and you need 30,
it will add the 15 remaining parts from store B to make up for it) or a store
has a bulk requirement (parts bought in increments of 25 or something like that)
once the stores have been selected, you can look at them and see what you're
buying & from where, and also check to see if there are any bulk requirements
as I mentioned
