Is there an easy way to change the "items in order" so they are listed
by element first in stead of by element and color? it would be nice to have say
all plates listed then all modified bricks etc. regardless of color listed. That
would save some time when packing.
thanks,
Aaron

Change the sorting here:

https://www.bricklink.com/orderSettings.asp?viewFrom=P

Thanks Stellar I appreciate it! That's exactly what i was looking for!

So a buyer has filed a case with Paypal claiming "unauthorized purchase"
on their order with Bricklink. The order was filled and shipped to the buyer

just wondering the best way to resolve this. I sent the Order info and tracking
number from the Bricklink order to the Paypal resolution center.
the buyer never contacted me via Bircklink. The name and address match the claim
and the Bricklink order.
Also, the user has good feedback on Bricklink.

How have you handled Paypal claims?
thanks in advance!

Was the shipping address the same as the address on the PayPal transaction detail
page ?

Was the transaction detail marked Eligible for Seller Protection ?

Nita Rae

Yes to both questions

The buyer also had marked the order status as “complete”

  Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to make it so my store is only selling sets
and figures and nobody can buy any of the parts. Is there anyway to do this?
I am too busy to pack big parts orders but packing up sets for me does not take
long, so I want to reopen that part of my store.

Thanks, Noah

Move the parts to a stockroom.

If you add the set to your store and not the set inventory it will show as a
single item and no one can see or buy individual parts from the set in your store.
same for the Minifigures, add the assembly to the store.

Hi,

The picture shows the 2 different bricks, but when you choose the mold, the title
of each brick is enough clear. But catalog administrator can eventually modify
it if necessary.

Nicolas

I know its minor but, the only issue I have with the default image generated
from the 3d model is that it does not show the web connecting the studs 2 studs
in the "a" variant to the thick part of the inverted slope and so there
perhaps could be some confusion about which "connection between which studs"
is relevant.
maybe its just me but I had to look at it a few times the first time I sorted
the 2 variants.

Thanks!

If you read this post, that is not what the undetermined entries are meant to
be used for.

Thanks for the hint, it seems like I have skipped a few posts when I was reading
over the thread.

It may not be what the undetermined entries are meant to be used for, but BL
could expand the scope of the entries to solve the problem without much development
effort.

I agree. This is where some sellers and buyers want different functionality to
what people more interested in cataloguing want.

I think keeping the undetermined type would solve a lot of these issues if they
are used by sellers who don't sort and list variants accurately.

Hello All!
I am a life long Lego Fan and was sad that it took me so long to discover Bricklink.
I am excited to contribute to the community and hope to find others who share
my passion for LEGO!

I am currently building a 12000+ friends minifigure scale model of our home I
designed with my 8yr old and 5yr old daughters

We opened a store to sell some LEGO to fund the project so we can buy the LEGO
we need to finish. (check out 1up bricks!)

I love the Studio program and have been wanting a program like this all my life!

I would love to see a mobile App to load models and pull up lists and inventories
at some point in the future.

thanks!
