These parts are Light Gray according to the instructions.
Part 30389 is actually part 30389a as 30389b didn't exist until 2002 (set is from 2000). This part do not exist in Dark Gray either.

Set was released in 2003. 44302b was not released until 2013 according to BrickLink (2006 on Rebrickable). Therefore 44302a is correct.

This is a change from "Undetermined Type" to specific type. Source is Rebrickable. Source is also that type "b" of these parts were introduced several years after the type "a" version.
44567b was not introduced until 2011 according to BrickLink (2005 at Rebrickable). Set is from 2003, therefore 44567a is correct.
44302b was not introduced until 2013 according to BrickLink (2006 at Rebrickable). Therefore 44302a is correct.
The set was released in 2003.

Brick 3003 Yellow should be replaced with a 4729 Modified Brick.
Both Peeron and BrickLink lists a 3003 Yellow Brick while Rebrickable list a 4729 Yellow Brick.
The 4729 Brick should be the correct one as there is no other way without it to actually attach the wheel part to the body otherwise. I believe Rebrickables inventory for this set is correct. It is impossible to see this based on the image of the set itself.

Based on cover image, instruction as well as comparing how the sticker looks between set 6625 and 6545 (which already contain this counterpart).
BrickLink has no entry otherwise for this counterpart with stickers for set 6625.
