Thank you Emporiosa. Found the setting under Management. Tried it with a friends
account and swedish buyers could still order manual/for invoice and see S/H costs
at checkout so all good.

Had a US customer that have to pay 170% more in shipping than ordered amount
and figure it will be lots and lots (relatively speaking, not what you would
say a power-seller ) of cancelled orders.

Cheers!

Thank you for your time and effort popsicle. I must have been unclear - none
of the purchases was below store minium for 70 - but both were below the minimum
buy for that shipping alternative (USA / EU) - could you please try to simulate
a purchase a bit higher than 70 (shipping to EU have minimum buy 100 and rest
of the world 200).

Still unable to circumvent your minimum buy. As shown in the two screenshots

There were only 2 yellow bricks 1x2. I also checked instructions and all images on the box. Not sure what Jon got in his copy.

  Dear fellow BrickLinkers,

Had a couple of purchases today below my set minimum buy. My store minimum buy
is at 70SEK but for buyers outside Sweden (EU/Rest of the World) I have a higher
minimum buy (changed via the shipping alternative) which buyers twice today has
overriden without password.

I offer instant purchase but instead of purchase their order is simply ordered
for invoice, without them knowing the S/H costs. I tried with a friends account
to place an order below the minimum buy for that shipping alternative but without
luck.

How have they done it and how can I fix it? Had it since the start but today
is the first time it's at fault. No big deal but I am curious...

Regards

I've had this problem when attempting to have a higher min amount for specific
shipping profiles.

What happens is you have a setting that checked that allows people to have manual
invoicing if they don't match an IC profile. So for this person, they're
above your store-wide min amount, but they don't match one of the IC shipping
profiles because they're under the minimum amount for it for their country
(based on the way you set it up). So it's defaulting to the manual invoicing.
There is no way around this unless you turn off the option of manual invoicing
for your store for those who don't match an IC profile.

Just lucky my sealed copy is a production from late 1984, so one of the earliest
copies released.

All 2x2 and 2x3 bricks are old versions, without cross support.

I did not submit any changes in regard to the following cases:
1) Strangly, there were no cord in my copy!

2) All bags were of course sealed however the following parts were loose in the
box:
2 x

Part No: 3749 Name: Technic, Axle 1L with Pin without Friction Ridges

TLG's policy. These were produced by a different branch of TLG (The LEGO
Foundation) and explicitly not for sale. See https://www.newelementary.com/2020/08/free-lego-braille-bricks-released-by.htmlMakes sense that BL follows this policy.

So what happens when someone gets some in a bulk lot ? We throw them away ?

If this doesn't change, they'll all get sold on Feebay anyway...
