Source: MISB-based set that was never mixed with other bricks. According to instructions (book 1), there is only 1 part 4274 in set this (so the other one is therefore extra). My set had an extra hose. BTW - 4 pieces are not used for the main build: 1x57520, 1x57518, 1x3647, 1x4716.
