| I figured it had to do with where BL was hosted in Indiana (Northstar?), since
admin lived in HI.

Time. The USA has 6 time zones.
Now talk about going over the International Date Line.
When I went to Korea I left on Friday and arrived on Sunday. Cheated out of
my Saturday. When I came back I landed three hours before I took off.

Based on title of set which I confirmed in an actual catalog. Either (a) image is wrong, or (b) set title is wrong, or (c) set came with both color parts at different times. Because of the uncertainty, am adding alternates although I suspect set came with black parts only.

Thanks for that bit of information. The balloon tire was the only one with a
question according to the instructions, and it also was attached to an axle end
in many sets, where it was definitely separate. So we'll scratch that one
from the list.

Pdf spreadsheet adjusted plus a few other minor corrections. Just to clarify,
"together" or "broken" in the far right column means that this is how the assembly
appears in instructions.
"Listing" refers to how the assemblies are currently configured in BL inventories.
If no listing is mentioned, it is implied that the assemblies are all currently
separated.

Thanks for that bit of information. The balloon tire was the only one with a
question according to the instructions, and it also was attached to an axle end
in many sets, where it was definitely separate. So we'll scratch that one
from the list.

This is a placeholder request for a proposed system-wide change. The small wheels
in older sets always came together when new, and it is my opinion that they are
best traded that way as well. In addition, there is a general tendency in inventory
work to list things as they came new, and in new inventories this is the accepted
practice, with the exception of animals (and of course, minifigs).
I have prepared a series of "answers" to statements both supporting and not supporting
this change. They can be found here in this pdf (please note, there are 4 pages):

Also, I have prepared a spreadsheet listing exhaustively all wheels in the affected
categories, with different stages of the proposed changes noted in the left column:

with an image of an opened-but-still-sealed-in-bags set from 1991, showing the
parts inventory and the actual pieces in their "new" state (no, I did not assemble

| Hello Jen, it is much closer to the x90, I will change the yellow x89 to the
x90s in my store. for the purpose of the rubber band, it would work better as
an x90.

| Hello Jennifer, They are definitely closer in size to the x90 than the x89. Let
me know what the offical decision is and I will change all of the ones I have
listed as x89 to x90's

| Hello Jennifer, it is right in the middle of the two, it is the same band that
is considered x89 in 9764, 9594, & 9648. It is a lighter yellow and slightly
smaller.
