A member has sent a message asking me to check my IG messages about a rather
sought after set.

I haven't found any such message (yet). But I suspect they are wanting to
negotiate a deal outside of BL. (I have no interest in negotiating.) Does this
violate the TOS? I've looked but cannot find anything one way or the other.

This is a primarily a marketplace. Why do you need to tell other people what
you have in your collection?

In the secondary sense this site is about enthusiasts - there are users who might
want to compare/show lists to others, without any marketing interest or indirect
advertizement attempts. An inventory list where all items are (by default) not
for selling. In tertiary terms parts of such a list can then at any time become
available for purchase.

Erm, are you sure you wish to list what you have?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBb9w2qfJc8

Otherwise doesn't rebrickable do this?
(I've an account there but never used a feature realted to what I could
own, so I don't know..)

Much more, you may use BrickStore, free and open source, like many (I'd say)
people in the LEGO passion, and share your file(s) to chosen friends...

  Hi,
Bought a 3# bag for $6 at the thrift store today of visibly vintage bricks.
Along with the milky white hinge coupling nylon and printed 'Garage'
and 'Theatre" bricks it also had a large handful of green 1x2, 2x2, 2x3
and 2x4 CA plates. After some research I found that they were only produced
in North America for a couple years (1963-1965) and never apart of a set just
an accessory box. Is there a market for these and how would I go about selling
them?

Also, a few of the pieces have the logos not squared up. One stud will be 'printed'
at an angle. How does this even happen?

Vintage needs to be more than 50 years old not 20, in my opinion.

How extensive is your collection? I would love to start collecting some unique
parts just not sure where I want to take it.

Hi Sandra,

Yes there are collectors out there for these parts.
The misaligned logos is pretty standard for Samsonite bricks, see picture.
The studs are loose mold pieces and can be removed and or replaced.
Samsonite just didn’t care about quality and so we get these nice all over the
place logos 😁

You can list these parts under their normal, listing, just add Samsonite, CA and
Pat.pend to the description.
If you want I can guide you to interested people.
Prices for these plates can give you a nice return on your $6 investment 👍
I myself am still looking for a green Samsonite 2x4, but in brick form.

If you have more questions, just ask.

Cheers,
Maxx

Just wondering if anyone knew why there is no Pirates of the Carribean minifig
no. poc030. Seems like an error, or maybe it was on purpose? Just wanted to see
if anyone had insight.

Er, 65471pb01 has two flowers: one with 3 petals (right), and one with four (left).
And the pic of the full minifig shows them the same way.

Add “submit changes” buttons to the top and middle of inventory pages so that
you don't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to submit changes.

**Not everyone uses (or wants to use) non-BL inventory apps.**

If you click on any field except Comments and hit Enter, it saves any changes
made on the entire page.

We are having a 10% off sale on all our parts to celebrate and also raise funds
for our first baby coming in November! All parts should be 10% off the 6-month
average sale price for the U.S. I am also a working on parting out a new UCS
Gunship, new non-UCS Razor Crest, and a new Ferrari 488 GTE AF CORSE #51, so
be on the lookout for those parts coming soon. If you have any questions about
anything in our store, I am happy to answer them and send photos. Thanks for
checking us out and we hope you have a great day.

P.S. We only ship within the U.S.

Sincerely,

Humbricks

It is our normal job to check things before they get approved, so I have marked
this request as "Already Exists".

So what you´re saying is that ordinary Bricklinkers shouldn´t bother and higtlight
a thing like this?

No, they are saying that there is already a system in place to catch errors in
Pending Items. I could go through the Approval Log right now and find 100 things
to correct, but I am not the submitter, so I have no access. Posting every one
of them here would be an ineffective use of the system.

The job of ordinary BrickLinkers is to submit reports for anything that does
get through.
