| Hi
I am trying to find a piece I have on My Collections. It is a technic wheel.
Can I find it from the number printed on it (2895)? I believe Lego calls it a
'design id'. I don't know what set its from because I bought it at
Goodwill.

| Hello!
A few months ago, a placed an order from a highly rated Danish seller. The order
amounted to 434.69 DKK (roughly $62.82 USD), and was shipped February 20th. It's
been over three months and the order is nowhere to be seen (tracking was not
included on the order), and the seller and I both agree that the item was likely
lost or stolen. The seller sent photographic proof that he wrote my mailing address
correctly, so none of this is his fault.
We're considering a 50% refund as the fairest option, but I'm curious
about what you all think.

I don’t understand. What are “alternate parts” and “counter parts?”

| Need help to confirm I have a complete set of part bags for this set. The instruction
manual shows 13 numbered bags but does not specific how many of the mini bags
with same number should be included.
I have main bags 1-13 and mini bags 4, 6 and 11.
Need to know if I am missing any.

| Does any one know how to Ban or Block members from being able to purchase from
your store?
I recently had a bad experience with a seller who was extremely rude, and difficult
to deal with regarding an issue I had no control over (USPS Delayed his package,
which he still received). And I would like to ban him, specially since he left
a completely false negative review on my store.

| Hi,
How do you manage an order once received?
I would like to see the order I created with a reference to the wanted list I
put the part on.
This way I can quickly place the parts received with the grouping where I want
to keep the new part. Does anyone know how to do this? ie
Show items on an order with the name of the wanted lists the part is on.
Show wanted lists with parts and a reference to parts that are on an order.

| On the My Collections page the part 4592 (Antenna Small Base) can only be added
in yellow colour. It can be added in other colours from the item's page.
Can this be fixed?

| Hello, I am curious on the figure sp006, Classic Space - White with Air Tanks,
I have one that look exactly like it and has a perfectly gold orb on the chest,
The seem to be going for a decent bit if the orb didn't rub off but I cant
tell if I have that figure, there is notes under the figure that says they stopped
producing it in 1988. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

| There is a lot to take in with this. I apologize if this comes off as incoherent.
When I was a kid in the 00s, I was a huge Lego collector, according to Brickset
129 sets in total. I'm done with them, and some of them have accumulated
some serious value. I estimate their accumulative value to be at least $5,000.
The prospect of selling them is appealing, but there are a lot of hurdles to
clear. Here are some thing I am unsure about.
1. I'm somewhat concerned about getting a positive feedback as a buyer.
Is it standard to give positive feedback to anyone who buys, or will it take
a few tries. I'm also not sure why a seller would give a buyer a negative
feedback. I'm not sure what purpose that would serve.
2. What are some good resources for getting started at the level I'm on?
Most articles online are about becoming a sort of Lego mogul selling all sorts
of new sets rather than just selling off your old sets.
3. How do you ship sets out? I don't have any idea how I would get the boxes/packaging
equipment, or how to label everything right before sending it out. I actually
used to work at GameStop so I know how they look when you send them out, I just
don't know how you go about doing that on your own.
4. How do you determine the price of your sets? I was thinking of targeting
the average price you see on the BrickLink market.
5. How does one anticipate the rising or dropping of the price of sets?
6. I also have the fronts and backs of the boxes for these sets, can I throw
those in as well?
If there's any other essential information I need to know, please let me
know.

| I want to build one more passenger car through buying parts and not a whole set
since the last time I priced it the set was more expensive. I went all the way
through the Brinklink parts list and through the instruction manual to add the
parts. Somewhere along the line, I got timed-out and lost all the edits. Is
there an easy way to add or identify parts? Same question for swapping roof
colors on the clock tower. Seems like there should be an easy way to identify
pages, bags, etc. I may try ChatGPT -- which did not work the first time,
but in a word "Help"

I have thousands of 1x1 plates to add to my inventory - if I want to price them
at 10 for a penny do I just change the bulk figure from 1 to 10?

| Hello
I recently received an order, my experience as seller say, there is something
wrong with it.
Some of my points but not all.
1-New user (although he knows too well how bricklink works and all its rules,I
suspect that the new user has little, probably have multiple accounts)
2-He did not put his legal name in the order, just he put an invented words instad
name.
3-The address is a temporary apartments
4-This apartaments have inside mailbox system similar PO BOX
5-Order have hight value, without much sence.
6-Payment can be only onsite becouse bricklink need to collect VAT.
7-Small conversation makes it more clear to me that something is wrong.
I know, I can cancel the order, he will put negative feeback, and he could create
a new account and do it again. I am a little stressed, after many years I have
never found myself in a situation like this.
I could send it with insurance and to pick it up at the collection point but
chargeback is also possible.
Can someone give me a idea of how to proceed in this case?
