| Hi,
I have some issues to find the perfect angle to make the stands fits with the
rest of the construction on the Studio software. I tried to use the "connect"
tool but it doesn't solve my problem. Does someone have a solution to help
me?

| This person bought one piece at my store, selected a letter without tracking
or insurance. He did not yet received the order and put me on NSS. Obvouisly
I did send it, he doesn't reply and this situation is very unfair. I wanna
give him a full refund but he doesn't reply.
How to deal with this issue? Any negative feedback or even a completed NSS alert
would be bogus!
Thanks in advance.

| Dear Community
Is there any experience in removing the floor sections from the hulls on 4010
and 4005?
Are they clicked into place and 'need pressure' or a tool using a certain
method for disassembly or could they possible be glued/heat formed into place
with no hope of removal. 4010 in particular has 2 holes in 2 adjacent studs for
some reason that might allow a long thin prong tool access to a internal clip
but am loathed to attempt until I know more. 4005 has no such design.
Any advice no matter how small appreciated.
Many Thanks
Al

| Am i just crazy to think that the shift key does not work in Inventory list of
BL.
Example. I just want to put lets say just mini-figs on sale, why in the world
do i have to hit each tic box? Why cant i just hit the first one hold shift and
hit the last one.
Am i missing something? It works for me everywhere else outside of BL

| Hi
I now had several times that I got this message on top of my list of orders received.
However clicking on " 1 order" what supposes to link to this order does not
help to get there and there is nothing in my selection when filtered on OCR.
Is this a technical issue or am I doing something wrong and how can I trace this
order?

| Hello,
28th of May I ordered at this shop, the same day I received the invoice and I
paid immediately. And status changed automatically to ready.
But 31st of May they closed the shop, there was no reason given, nor an end date
of closure. So how do I know if my order will be send to me?

| Hello,
it looks like the Quote Request form for UK RFQs is not working correctly. I
have similar issue on 2 quotes already.
The first issue is I can add shipping costs only once and no further change or
add of additional costs is possible. All results in to following message: This
Quote can not be updated because all numbers had been updated already.
In addition, the Quote calculation is different in the line on the list of all
Quotes Received page and on the Quote details page. Here is an example:
Calculation in the line of the list of all Quotes Received page is correct and
shows:
Order Total: 1,384.88
Shipping: 433.12
Final Total: 1,818.00
Tax BL collected: 363.60
Grand Total: 2,181.60
In case I go to Quote detail page I can see following:
Item Total: 1,384.88
Shipping: 433.12
Est. United Kingdom VAT: 363.60
Grand Total: 2,545.20 (!!!!!)
As you can see the GRAND TOTAL is different. For Quote to Buyer is used the wrong
number from Quote detail page. It looks like the UK VAT is calculated twice there.
Any idea what to do with this?
Thanks in adavance for any help.

I go to the Problem Order page for that order. There is no option on there to
cancel it.

Thanks. Not applicable or not registered - are we allowed to do that? or are

| I’ve never sold a used set before, and could use some advice.
I just scored Hogwarts Castle (4842) at a yard sale, and put it together only
to discover that it’s missing a few pieces (mostly basic stuff, but also two
of the owls, a rat, and some roof pieces) and half the minifigs (missing Harry,
Hermione, Voldemort, and the dementors), plus a few pieces broke during assembly
(which is a new one for me, I’d never seen a 2x8 plate snap)... I kept a list
of what I’m missing, but am not sure what to do with it. Is it better to try
to buy replacements for all the missing/broken parts, or to sell it as-is with
a list of what’s missing? And should I leave it assembled when I sell it?
Thanks!

| Here is another picture where i have trouble identifiyng parts :
I'm pretty sure that the Grey part is a "Tile, Round 2x2 with open stud (18674)",
but is the Trans-Clear part on top of it a "Dish 2x2 inverted (4740)" ?
Because in Studio, the whole thing seems too small in comparison (and a Dish
3x3 is too large)
Any thoughts ?

| I had a buyer pay for an order before I sent an invoice with shipping cost. He
paid the base cost for the items but didn't pay for shipping. Is there any
way the helpdesk can re-open an order in a case like this so that I can invoice?
I asked the buyer to send me the difference via PP but I am unsure if that was
the right thing to do as this has never happened before.
thanks!
