I've designed around 75 or so trucks, so it doesn't take me long. I probably
spent 8 hours on this one, from initial design to finishing instructions and
posting.

The license plate is a custom sticker made by Yellow.LXF
He's made me a Georgia and Wyoming plate.

for a while at a reasonable price.

We would pay a pretty penny. I showed it to kid and asked if I should get it
for his baby brother. Kid said no, the set looked too exciting, and they would
have trouble sharing.

I'm racking my head, but I can't think of any green dragon in those movies.
There is the red smaug and the black nazguls but that's it for dragon creatures.

You are thinking too literal my friend 
The Green Dragon was one of the many inns of the Shire. It was located in Bywater
on the Bywater Road and was the building nearest to Hobbiton, being one mile
south-east from the bridge over the Water that led to Bag End. As such, Hobbits
from both villages could be seen there.
And it is a nice place by the way, been there a couple of times and enjoyed it
each time.
