| The buying priviledge of a buyer is revoked (who had also an order from me in
NPB status) and now, she has opened a new account and ordered from me.
What should I do?
In this case, does Bricklink allow the buyer to open a new account and basically
start over?

| Hello All,
I hope you can point me in the right direction, because I could not find the
answer.
The issue is this:
- The buyer and I agreed that the order could not go through like he placed the
order.
- The size of the items did not fit in the shippingmethod and we expected delivery
issues.
- But the order was already paid through onsite Paypal.
- So I refunded the full order through Paypal.
Now I would like to remove the order from Bricklink. How can I do that?

Is this policy enforceable if there actually is an issue with the package contents
and the buyer files a NSS 8 days after receiving the order?
I'm still waiting for my package from them so it is completely hypothetical.

| I just received a message from a seller about a very odd shipping issue. I'll
quote the message below:
"Unfortunately, I just received a notice from paypal and the USPS telling me
that I owe another $27.46 in unpaid postage on your package because it was "delivered
to a garage or other location.""
So, I looked up the tracking and that item is recorded at the time of delivery.
I also searched for it online and found nothing about up-charges related to
it. What am I looking at with this charge. The seller is asking me for the
money, as if I had something to do with the tracking item. As far as I could
tell the package was delivered the same as hundreds before..including many BL
orders dropped at my house (as opposed to my mailbox) that have never incurred
an additional charge.
Is this maybe a scam? Postal carrier error? USPS scam? Who needs to argue on
who's behalf to resolve it?

| A buyer orders an order £25. 3 months later complaints 2 small items £3.50 each
item is missing. I can supply 2 more items but I know 100% they were in the order.
If I don’t re issue the parts the buyer demands a full order refund, and then
my 100% feedback will be ruined. What do I do ?? I have put the buyer on my stop

| Good afternoon, I just received an order from the United Kingdom, and they have
already applied 20% of the order, but when I saw the payment in Paypal, I have
seen that all the full tax has been discounted by payapl, I do not understand
if paypal remove and send it to Bricklink or what about this.
