Perhaps. For
it is clear from the picture that the diameter of the wheel is greater than its
width/depth/thickness, so it can be inferred that 18mm is the diameter and 8mm
is the thickness.
However, for
the dimensions are close so it is hard to tell which is width and which is diameter.
Comparing it to the previous wheel, one could infer that is is also 18mm in diameter,
but just looking at the thumbnail alone, I would have guessed the opposite.
