Any guesses on the price?

Mountain Fortress, 3986 pcs, 0 stickers, my guess $429.99 USD

Parisian Street, 3465 pcs, 16 stickers, my guess $399.99 USD

The Old Train Engine Shed, 2298 pcs, 10 stickers, my guess $279.99 USD

The Snack Shack, 548 pcs, 3 stickers, my guess $59.99 USD

General Store – Wild West, 1848 pcs, 4 stickers, my guess $199.99 USD

Parisian Street looks nice.

Tired of all the castles. Very boring.

As a railroad enthusiast (or 'railfan' as we're referred to here
in the USA), the Old Train Engine Shed would be the set I would want for my LEGO
collection so I could display my 10277 Crocodile Locomotive next to it... but
even if it does sell for $279.99 USD, that is way too much for me.

where larger animals are in the bdp palette? I was never able to find them but
they must be there, one of the winning sets uses horses, another uses a dog.
I feel like I've been through the part list several times and I can't
seem to find these extra animals, I know I might feel real dumb when I finally
figure it out but I need help.

Ensure you've got decorated parts showing in the palette - I made this mistake
too (I don't tend to use decortated parts and they slow down my searches.

Click the Lego brick next to the "Thumbnail Size" icon (next to the Search
Parts box) above the palette. It should be striped to see the decorated parts.
Horse, Cow, Dog, Cat, Squirrel etc. etc. are all there.

Thank you so much!

About 9 months until February… hmm, I think that should remind me of something
but I don’t remember what

The miniature siege engine was a nice touch. I'd've added a play function.

At this point Ideas has become a pop culture theme, almost half of the sets are
based on movies/TV/video games - why they still call it "Ideas" is beyond
me as they seem to hate original designs 95% of the time

^this, and unfortunately

Yep. This is why I don't like all these "ideas" things and copycat
programs. It is just more of the same over and over and over. The community really
doesn't like variety, and I am glad that LEGO itself provides more of it.
Can't wait for DREAMZzz.

There needs to be an easier way to vote (either up vote or down vote) EVERY
design for Series 2. You either need to be able to do a slideshow-type navigation
where you go from one design to the next without having to go back to the main
page, or you need to be able to vote for each design from the thumbnail page.
There were too many designs to click and down-vote all the ones I didn't
like and then go back to the list and click on the next one and vote and go back
to the list and so on and so forth. So I only clicked on the ones I liked enough
to up-vote them and didn't vote on any of the others.

Hi,

Please see the help page[1] or the Parts FAQ[2] on Studio’s dedicate forum[3]
for the usual reasons why you don’t find them.

Especially since in the rules they encouraged you to stay away from things that
have already been done and we got another castle build and another train themed
set. They are both cool, just not sure what the take away is.

much to learn. I noticed the palettes option for inserting parts and wondered
if there's a way to create a palette as you go along with a project, adding

the maze of various parts and bits off to the side of my build (as I'm doing
currently). Thoughts?

Hi,

There’s an automatic recently used parts widget: https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/5459489060247-Recently-Used-Parts

And you can make also make your custom palettes: https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/5456164357527-Custom-palette

You can also create custom palettes from:
— official LEGO sets: https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/5457935385239-Importing-an-official-LEGO-set-as-a-palette
— Wanted List files: https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/6483161921303-Importing-a-Wanted-List

Otherwise, the dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/
(hover over the red Studio icon on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).

Please search the forum for your question before posting a new one (the search
box is in the very dark grey banner).
There’s indexes of known bugs and suggestions that you can browse first:

Use BrickStore to make your palette (free, open source).

Then you can build this:

  Hi,
Sorry if it's not the right section.
I just received the Observatory and the box is damaged and opened on both sides.
I'm frustrated off course, but I intend to keep it and build it.
Now, I don't want to be frustrated twice. I see many bags but I'd like
to make sure I'm not missing one before I start to build.
Could you help me please? I'd like a list of all bags in the box.
Thanks

Are the bags numbered like regular sets? If so, flick through the instructions
looking at when to open the bags. That's what I tend to do with suspicious
opened larger sets.

They are, and some numbers match several bags. I'll check the instructions.

All you are left with is going through the instructions. They show 25 numbered
bags. You will need to check the first page of each bag's instructions to
see if additional items are indicated. Check that you have all that and you are
good to go.

Thanks, I'll check instructions for additional items.

actually I've got 29 bags + a white box with extra bags

sorry for taking time to answer, I thought I would receive notifications by e-mail.

Yes.

And what’s said on the Program’s page is “We produce the sets in the factory”
(my emphasis).
I guess it’s because the very first program, the ADP /AFOL Designer Program,
in 2018, was made before BrickLink entered the LEGO Group.  It also used LEGO
parts, but the sets were packed by BrickLink (by hand).
“The factory” is a bit weird though, as there’s multiple LEGO factories.

Anyway, LEGO BrickLink, LEGO parts, LEGO sets
