According to whois.com the site was registered today in Arizona.

The catch is probably they they take your money and run. I'd say 99%. But
if you don't mind the hassle of getting a new credit card you might make
big on that 1%.

Hello,

I was wondering where people got these foil packs, I know they are in a lego
magazine but how do you go about purchasing them from lego? Or because i am
in the U.S do I have to purchase them from a bricklink seller? I just would like
to get a subscription if possible.

Haven't seen them for sale before. I believe they were sent to retail chains
(not LBR), as I recall seeing them before. Good luck.

Bricklink tried that once years ago. A lot of people didn't like it, so
it didn't last long. You can always check retail prices on Brickset.
