| I’ve been going through unused parts that I’ve had boxed up for a while, and
I’m really stumped on figuring out what color these 1x1 plates are. In person,
they look light mint green, much like the “Light Green” I found on BL. It appears
that color plate did not come in any sets, and I can’t recall purchasing these.
I lived in Scotland for several years, and shopped at a few LEGO stores abroad,
so I may have picked them up there. I can’t seem to take a photo that captures
exactly what the color looks like in person (it truly looks light mint IRL),
but this is as close as I got.

Thank you all for suggesting I take comparison photos without making me feel
like a total idiot for not doing that in the first place.
Ok, I took several photos of green tiles next to each other (before reading the
excellent advice about not using all green in the pics), and all the colors looked
off. BUT, I accidentally stumbled upon a part that appears to match my mystery
tiles. I may have dismissed some suggested colors prematurely bc now that I’m
seeing it on a much larger part, I think there’s more yellow than I had thought.
If I could only read the part number on this thing I could put this to rest.

i'm going to ask the stupid question..
-- are they official Lego stamped 1x1 plates?
obviously they should have the Lego logo on the top of the button & stamped inside
with the logo & ID #.
hard to see in the pic. .but can't make out the Lego logo on the top of the
button.

White Balance is the setting you are looking for.
I would vote for Yellowish Green.
This rendered image isn't so great. It's more like this:
[p=3070b ,158]

I think you’re correct! Thank you 😊
