Both flat silver spears are alternates. There is only one extra (and it's PLG). Change match ID for inv ID 418480 to 2 afterwards. The form will only let me clear the match ID, not change it.

I agree. This extra cap should be removed and the count of the existing cap
should be changed from 1 to 2.

I also got an extra white cap.

The inventory from the LEGO replacement parts website lists two of these caps
and one image on the box shows two caps, so I guess your "extra" cap should be
a regular part.
