also, some of your prices are quite high for a new store. don't try to get
high prices when your a new store as your main goal for growth is getting sales
in general and high prices will hurt that quite a bit. For example your Samwise
Gamgee minifigure is listed for $44.99 USD in used condition but in used condition
it typically sells for $18.83 USD and has never sold used for more than $32.61
USD

Thank you very much for your help.

It is not just Samwise, many of your figures are priced quite high compared to
other sellers in your region. You might think it is a good idea to price high
initially and learn about pricing as you grow but a big down side is that people
find your store somehow, see you price on the rather high side and least favourite
your store. And that is forever unless they want to spend time later reviewing
their least favourite stores.

You might want to remove the word “legos” from your terms and replace it with
the word LEGO. S𝒂𝚢𝕚ɴᘜ legos is a big no no for most people. Also there is
a lot of grammar mistakes in your terms that you might want to correct

When you get a second, fix the items that you forgot to choose a color for. You
can see a lot of "no photos" under a bunch of your listings. Common mistake!
You can also "sort by color" in your inventory page and view them all at once.

Good Luck.

  Nice Feedback number, congratulations!

But the next one will be even better

Thank you! Because 1001 is a perfect number, correct?

Can't hide you anything

Your feedback number is getting close, relatively, to the Violet brick! This
is what I aspire for my store.

I was also inspired by some, it's normal and fine!
Wishing you the best!

my store? I welcome all feedback.
Thanks

If your store is locked, like it is now, items in your store will not show up
in the search results.

You might want to remove this from your terms "I cannot be responsible for uninsured
orders once they enter the Postal system." as it is technically not true as insurance
is for the seller and not the buyer and the seller is liable for delivery of
all packages whether they have insurance or tracking. You can require buyers
to pay it but if you have any options available that don't require it it
doesn't free you from liability as Paypal always sides with the buyer in
these cases

Hi there!
I've been selling on bricklink for about a month now. Just started adding
a parts inventory, beginning with figures and animals. Please check it out! Excited
to see you there.

Dear Sadler_bricks,

thanks for your answer, much appreciated! I am starting to be a little worried
because I have asked some new sellers and their verification process was very
fast (it took days or even less than a day (request submitted in the morning
and approved in the afternoon)).

After I submitted my request, I added more pieces to the inventory in order to
be ready for the opening by reaching a decent amount of lots and pieces: do you
think this discrepancy between the original inventory in the submission for verification
and the current one might have caused any issue to my request?

thanks in advance

Simone

Check your Store Management if the Open button still greyed out.

Dear Brickwilbo,
thanks for your answer. Yes, I checked and it is still greyed out. besides, "Step
3: Submit required documentation" is still pending approval.
All the documents and proof of inventory are correctly submitted and I have sent
several emails to Bricklink customer support without any answer.
I am desperate because I don't why this process is taking so long and for
the total lack of customer care by Bricklink support.
Therefore I humbly ask if some of you as Administrators can help me solve this
issue.
I am really starting to lose all my hopes...
thanks in advance
Simone

Hello.
I have the same problem as you.
Only I've been waiting for an answer for 20 days.

Hello VanMabi!
the situation is worse than I thought then...
I read that one person has not received an answer in over a year! I don't
know why Bricklink has such a terrible customer service.. Any ideas on how to
solve this problem? anyone with more experience who could help us?
it will be really appreciated!
