| Hello,
Recently iw as looking at the fees owed in my store on bricklink, and it said
I had 28.50 in my current balance? Where did this money come from, and will it
automatically subtract that from my fees owed? I just have never had any money
in there before, it has always said $0.00.

Sorry, advice on what? You already sent an email to the seller and are waiting
on a reply. How can we advise you? When you get a reply or don't get a reply
after a few days we will be much better equipped to advise you.

Talking about terms, this offer, as well intended as it may be, may land you
in trouble. The "correct" way would be "... and ill ship them to you for free"
or "place an order and I'll give you a good discount".

I wouldn't even wait for a reply from the seller. Start a PayPal claim and
get your money back. Seller openly says in their terms that they're not selling
LEGO (which is what you bought) and won't check to see if the parts are genuine
or not. Read their feedback.
