I'm not sure what the intent of this inventory change request is, so please
explain.
Part 73878 is already in the inventory with a count of 30 (which is the correct
amount).
Part 60601 does not exist in Orange and is already included in the inventory
in Trans-Clear in the correct amount (74).
As such, this request will be rejected.

I just opened one of the sets I bought February this year and noticed that the polybag is sealed inside another trans-clear plastic bag, which includes next to the polybag itself the 2 lots (4 items total) and a safety sheet for the ledlite itself.
