| I’ve a number of sails without copyright mark or Lego logo.
I was told that sails had copyright c mark from 1992 so sails may not have anything
on them if they were produced before then, fine.
The sails I have without marks look like sailbb01, sailbb14, and sailbb15 ( black
& white ).
However I do have 1 sailbb14 with logo.
They look ok but the sets that these belong to were produced from 1994 according
to the catalogue.
Is the info I have regarding dates correct ?

| I have 6 that look like catalogue image but 4 that don’t.
The odd examples do not look like they are worn.
Image one against dark background has the examples in the centre, each end is
the catalogue image version.
The gold quite noticeable on catalogue version but odd examples are transparent.
Note in other images, over light, that the odd ones are transparent in the centre
( image 2 ) and the others ( image 3 ) appear darker around ninja symbol.
Less colour applied or variation ?
One I would have dismissed but 4
Any views ?
Anyone else have these ?

and can be listed as new ?
The other question that comes to mind is, were the Knights and Bishops also pre-assembled
?
If the latter two types of chess piece were pre-assembled then how are these
to be listed ?
The only option appears to require them to be taken apart and sold as parts which
then makes them used.

First three are the same pieces, front, back and door open to show door discolouration

Note door appears to be close to bright light yellow on outside but is white

Fourth and fifth show major fading one side and lesser on reverse and unaffected.
Quite like the effect, not sure anyone would have a use for these but who knows.

| A big shout out for Ace of Bricks.
Wanted to order a large number of minifigure heads, a particularly hard job finding
them in great condition, you’ll have seen my earlier posts.
The items were pulled and checked for me, very few were rejected, exceptional
customer service.
I was sent photo’s of anything in question for me to say yes or no.
Received them today despite the courier doing their best to send them on a long
journey, according to the tracking info.
Thank you, very pleased with what I received.

| What are your thoughts on sp130 ?
Is there any indication that it will be re-issued in the future ?
Obviously it could happen but is it likely ?
Cheers

| There is a Welsh version of a book with minifigure, see English version below.
Presumably it would be listed with the bracketed part reading [Welsh - UK Edition]
How would the part number be configured ?
b21hp08?

| Have two, one flat silver and one black.
They at first appear to be 30173b but on closer examination they don’t match
BL images.
Now classing them as probable clones.
No Lego markings on either but we know this may be ok.
Flat silver has only one circle close to guard on reverse when viewed as images,
it does have shallow hole in hilt.
Black is without hole in hilt and faint circle on reverse close to guard.
Patterns on hilt appear different to each other.
Anyone have more experience with these Katana parts with square guard without
hilt cap ?
Cheers.

How does a more expensive part appear before a cheaper one despite the search

| I hate them, so many look so alike to me and trying to tell what colour eyes,
lips etc are especially when they are so small, is just mind blowing.
Personal opinion but I want nothing to do with them if not new from sets.
Much easier to sort minifigure heads despite similarities and stud type.

| Having trouble finding heads for some islanders that are in great condition.
Most listed are damaged, few have no remarks and some, both poor and no remarks
are higher prices than the minifigure itself.
Need 6 in total.
Anyone able to help ?
I know it’s unlikely but I have to try.

| In the last hour or two I have been messaging stores that I placed orders with
and had an issue with an item or more.
I’ve been very polite and asked if the items could be replaced, leaving it to
them to suggest a resolution.
I now find my self stoplisted by someone, seriously !
I’ll not lose sleep over it but I do wonder what their reaction would have been
if I’d just posted negative feedback, I’ve already posted positive feedback for
a couple of these stores as the odd mistake is not the end of the world.
Now to check if they’ve posted negative feedback too.

| Recently placed 21 orders, mostly small.
Received 11 so far.
Basic results to date :
3 perfect
8 with issues.
Issues range from bite marks, stress marks, strange wear problems and wrong colour.
In excess of 20 heads with bite marks of varying severity and one missing altogether.
Issues with headgear, hair and legs.
Not happy.
Let’s see what the other 10 look like.
I’m aware that some stores have notes in their terms as to possible marks but
none of the individual parts had a note, I purposely excluded any that had when
searching.
Spent a lot of time sourcing parts to avoid issues and now I’m going to spend
more time sorting this out and almost certainly trying to reorder the damaged
parts.
What’s the betting even these will have faults.

| Looking for early minifigure heads without flaws that you may not have listed
yet.
Hate to see even one bite mark / nick / faded colour/print on heads for minifigures,
very fussy.
I have loads of rejects, don’t need any more.
Ideally in the U.K. but may consider overseas if I can’t find what I want.
I’ve gone through and found what I can in the U.K. and most overseas that I need
are too higher price especially with fees and shipping.
Let me know if you have any you may wish to sell, through BL of course.

| I’ve found two used poc035 but with what appears to be an alternative head.
BL shows head 3626cpb1793 is used with this figure.
The head has a note about two similar heads, one matches what I have but BL has
no listing of where they are used.
Part 3626cpb0559
Is it possible that this truly is an alternative head to the minifigure ?

I have a newer form of 973pb4275.
Was this re-issued at some time like a number of others, I can’t find an entry

Both have Lego logo.
First image shows both looking the same and no reversed colours, however second
image shows old ( left ) style interior and newer ( right ) style interior
