| When I try to checkout I am seeing this error, but my cart looks to be in order.
ORDER_BATCH_ID_MISMATCHED
What can I do to complete my order. I have tried clearing browser cookies, deleting
and recreating my cart, and logging out and back in to bricklink.

cart in this and it shows up on the top left of my screen.
Is it ok to have it open? Will it cause any issues? Will this mean that I can't

| I am having an issue with an order I received yesterday. When I went to send
an invoice all of the boxes are greyed out and when I try to put in shipping
the box tells me
"you cannot change prices after an order has been paid for". The order has not
been paid, there is no money received in my PayPal account and I have contacted
the buyer and received no response.
Has anyone had this happen to them?
I have never come across this issue and I'm not sure how to remedy it.

| ... I know I probably am in many things but what about this. I thought the bottom
left of an item's image said catalogue entry or something similar so you
can view the item's full page. While parting out a set I was trying to do
that and it wasn't there and I'm not sure if it was removed/bugged out
or was ever there. It works in the way I thought on the normal search page and
when viewing an item's inventory and also on the first page of the partout
but just not on the second page of a partout for some reason

| I receive the error message "Only one item/colour combination is allowed per
wanted list" when trying to adjusted a wanted list
Its a list I have taken from Rebrickable. I have also manually checked the list
and there arnt and duplicate pieces.
Any ideas how i can fix this issue?

| I paid my seller fee to BL via Paypal on 31st May. I paid through the BL link
and have the receipt from Paypal. However, BL are still claiming this as "amount
past due" and are threatening to revoke selling privileges (by the 15th June
- my birthday...).
I got a ticket from Customer Support on 6th June but have had no reply. The helpdesk
site (in the link I click in the email) won't seem to let me log in either...
Do I wait and see what happens?

| I was searching through a store today and suddenly lost all ability to see any
items on any store. I have done the following to try and resolve:
Cleared Cache
Used multiple browsers
Rebooted computer
Tried incognito mode
Tried different computers on my network.
It is almost like I am banned for some reason but all I get is the following:
Yikes! This store does not have any matches.
That being said I have checked the filters and nothing is in the field. I also
tried adding something into the field to try and resolve it and nothing.

I am new to Bricklink and am having trouble with the "wanted list" system. Whenever
I auto-buy my parts list, it says that only 93% of the parts are assigned. How
do I make auto-buy assign 100% of the parts? Nothing on my list is particularly
rare and my filter criteria is very broad. I don't believe that those parts
aren't being sold at all.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but I don't get the point of "auto buy"
if it's going to leave parts out of my list. There isn't anything on
my list I'm okay with skipping out on.

I would like to use this 20606pb02 part in BrickStudio. It doesn't seem to
exist in BrickStudio. It also doesn't seem to exist in PartDesigner. Part
is from 2016 and I recently updated Studio & Designer.
All parts should be under "Master", right?

| I'm going to commit the sin and ask a general question about sun damaged
LEGO with the aid of a Mega Bloks reference.
I recently bought the Mega Bloks Flying Dutchman (which is an S tier model btw),
unfortunately, its quite heavily sun bleached in places. Theres even fading on
the paintwork it seems.
I've had a look on youtube and the age old Hydrogen Peroxide seems to be
the key. However, Alex Nunes mentioned to not soak coloured plastic in direct
sunlight or it could fade the colour.

Is this right?
I'm also concerned about the paint being removed from the pieces.
Any restoring gods out there that can help me avoid damaging a very expensive
and rare set, I would be extremely grateful for your advice.

| Hi!
I am hoping someone could help me as I am confused. I had my first quote sent
to our store. I replied in message within a few hours with the shipping estimate
options. They replied back in message late last night choosing the option they
wanted. This morning I came on to finalize the quote so they could pay, and it
says cancelled. Then I had an order from a different person for the same set.
When a quote is sent, does it remove the set from the store temporarily? Because
they customer cancelled the quote, does that end that transaction and I sell
it to the new customer? Any guidance that can be offered will be greatly appreciated!!

| Hey everyone, I recently logged back into my bricklink account and noticed I
had a red announcement saying “Buyers Privileges Revoked” : reason “preventative
action”. In the 7 years I’ve been using this site I’ve never seen such a thing,
so I did some research. Now to my understanding you need at least three NPB reports
in order to get this consequence, that wouldn’t count towards me because I’ve
only ever cancelled 2 orders in the past and both sellers have been very kind
and understanding and neither of them reported me for not paying.
If anyone can help me out here it would be much appreciated as I rely on Bricklink
heavily for my business.

| Ughh,so ive been away from this site for two years and my account was deleted
at some point. I don't have the email they sent during this time with the
reactivation code in history. So had to erase the linked account I had before
to create a new with the same email. Now that I need to sell my lego, I dont
have my old accounts reviews and feedback. So I can't start to sell anything
without positive feedback again, which means buying items, I don't need more!
I'm trying to get rid of my collection... What the hell? Guess I'll have
to use ebay then...?

There is a feature on Bricklink Wanted List, it says share wanted list. I LOVE
that idea as it would be great to have this setting.
Just above the button (which is greyed out) it says Feature Coming Soon.
I don't want to be annoying about it but I am wondering when this AWESOME

| When I import a picture into Studio to use as a mosaic, the colours look significantly
different (washed out, pale) when the picture is rendered. I suspect it is due
to the lighting in Studio, and I'm wondering if there is a way to set the
lighting so there is no glare on my Lego elements when I view/render the mosaic
directly from above. The attached image shows the rendered image on the right.

| For two days now, I've been trying to part out a large set to my store inventory,
but it keeps failing. I am unable to list these parts.
The set is 71741 Ninjago City Gardens. A very large set with almost 1150 lots.
After clicking "Verify items", nothing happens for 10 minutes and then I get
a 504 connection time-out.
Please help, because I am losing business not having these parts listed.

| I forgot to make notes. I made a purchase of a bricklink custom set using Easy
Buy. The parts have arrived but I don't know how to tie them back to the

| Any shortcuts for entering inventory? I am a new Brinklink store owner and painstakingly
entered one color of my inventory 1 part at a time using Brinklink's interface.
I had hoped there was a way to download what I have entered and get it into
Excel and then update it for my other color parts and then upload back to bricklink.
Is there software to help one do this? XML file is useless to me as my programming
skills are pretty rusty.

| Howdy,
I just watched a video by Brick System Brothers which had a section on finding
Decorated Pieces. To begin with my BL page looks nothing like the one in the
video. I would point out I see a Beta tag in the upper left-hand corner, so ???
Anyway, I tried to go through the steps shown in the video, but none of my pages
look like what they have. I then searched my part, then color & nothing on the
page indicates it comes printed...I even used their part example from the video...but
nothing seems to want to show me it even comes as a decorated part.
Help, pleaase.

| Dear All,
Im rather new to BL and would be very grateful for any insight.
Three days ago another Bricklinker (with 0 feedback) bought from me a set and
paid via Stripe. Stripe marked his payment as potentionaly fraudulent (the name
on the card doesnt correspondent with the name of the buyer, also sex of the
buyer and country is different). I sent the buyer 3 emails already (about refunding
and choosing another payment option/card) but he is not responding. What should
I do?
I dont want to postpone the transaction, but I dont want to send the lego just
to find out the card was stolen and I have to refund the entire amount.
Do you have any experience? Is there some official way how to deal with this?

| I've created a wanted list for a moc.
the moc is 7000pieces and has more than 500different parts.
Today my mailbox is flooded with hundreds of notifications. Any way to stop this
without deleting the uploaded partlist. I'm not interested in buying all
the parts, just using the list to see what i have and what i'm missing.

Finally changing to instant checkout but unclear on one thing - how do I add/adjust
the weight of an order to include the packaging weight? For example, if there
are two weight thresholds, say, £1 for 100g or less and £2 for 101g to 250g,
how do I factor in say 20g for packaging so if a buyer orders 85g of parts it
will bill them for £2 packaging not the £1 level?

| Hey all,
I have turned on my laptop this morning to check out the forums and see what
parts are trending as I do most mornings. And when I had look at the top of my
bar I had a notification that my "Buyer Privilages" had been revoked. It says
"because of Preventive Action".
I dont think I have done anything wrong and I have sent something into the Help
Desk. I am wondering what I did to get my buying taken away. How can I fix this?
I love Bricklink and would not want to annoy anyone with my issue. Hope this
is in the correct forum tab.
Any information on my issue would be very appreciated.

| I want to buy some minifigs online. I found the website called Bricklink and
it's very cool because it has everything.
I was wondering, if I want to have a minifigure but I don't want to pay too
much, can I buy the parts one by one from different sellers. (torso, head, legs...)
By "can I" I mean is it good to buy like this or risky and buying the full figure
at once is safer and better?

| Hey everyone,
I'm newer to using Bricklink for selling so I'm still figuring things
out. I had a buyer reach out to me and say they wanted to cancel their order
(which by the feedback they have it seems they've done that to a few others).
Anyway, not a problem I hadn't shipped it yet so I refunded the label I printed.
For the directions given on this process I can't seem to figure out how to
cancel their order so my items go back into inventory and they can get refunded.
Can someone please help me step by step with this?

How would I limit how many parts of a certain lot a customer can buy? I want
to have "refills" for common pieces that are basically free (like technic pins),
but it just ends up with one customer buying all of it.

That's a valid part number. Looks exactly the same as the example XML from
the help article. Formatting (EOL character, UTF-8, etc.) shouldn't matter,
as it's just copied and pasted.

| I recently purchased a speed computer on here and after receiving it and running
it, the computer appears to be innaccurate. I've tested the RPM feature
and the distance traveled feature.
Using the reference tables found here: https://www.philohome.com/motors/motorcomp.htm
I tested under no load both the Power Functions Medium motor (top RPM of 550
with up to 12V -- I'm using 9V) and the 5292 "Buggy" motor (top RPM of
1700 with up to 12V -- again I'm using 9V). For the PFM motor I got
readings around 2800-3000 RPM. For the buggy motor I got readings around 3500
RPM. I've uploaded videos of both motor tests here:

It was also measuring distance travelled (set to 'ft' at almost 110'

they accept a refund request.

| Hi there,
I have a problem with the shipping methods. I have added several shipping methods,
both for domestic and international customers. But the system only shows one
option on the checkout page. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to group the
methods, ungroup and chancing icon colours to the same colour for eg. domestic
customers, with no succes. Please help someone

| I just noticed that now when we submit a change to the inventory it moves on
to the next page automatically.
If this is a bug, it's an annoying one and if it's a feature, where do
we disable it?
For instance, if I'm on page 12 of the 'tiles' category and press
submit change, when the page reloads it's on page 13 now.

| Hey Bricklinkers,
I bought an old lego set that was in a spot for years at least 5 years. Some
of the parts, specifically the light bluish grey and dark bluish grey have got
this odd yellow tinge to them.
All parts in the photo are supposed to be Light Bluish Grey
As you can see with the 1x2 plates with bars, they have the bar part yellowed.
All parts have a different degree of yellowing.
I don't want to try anything because one of the parts is Hamm from Toy Story
and I don't want to remove any printing from him.
Below I have attached an image of the yellowed parts so you know what the issue
is.
Please suggest anyways I can clean them.

| Hey,
Seller timby does not want to refund me after the package he has shipped failed
to be delivered to me. The package never even left the sellers country. The shipping
company that he chose promises to deliver the package from Belgium to Poland
in up to 6 days. A month has passed, the status of the package is still the same
(in Belgium) and the seller stopped replying to any messages.
Please provide me with any advice what to do at this point.

When I download a wanted list, it saves as an xml file, yet when I try to upload
it, it says .xml isnt supported.

| This morning inventory update doesn't work fine.
I change quantities of parts in my inventory, so I press submit changes, system
go to next page ( changes successfully ), but it go to next page without my command,
so I must return to last page to check.
Please fix that ASAP

The instructions button works sometimes but not always. How can I get some of

| In the Catalogue itself, both

appear right next to each other, but when adding them to my inventory, only 6180pb103R
shows up. To add 6180pb103L, I had to manually change R to L in the Part Number
field (see my pic).
Doubtless this is something I'm missing, so what is it?

| Good morning,
I've recently ( Friday 20th May ) had my store selling privileges revoked.
For violating T+S. I however have not had a single email from BrickLink regarding
the matter, Or to inform me in what the issue is/was.
I have now sent a total of 4 emails under different topic categories in the hopes
of hearing back from them. Nothing.....as of yet.
It's frustrating as I would've definitely missed out on sales ( admittedly
not many ) but a sales a sale.
I'm writing here as a "last hope" attempt to get someone's attention
regarding the matter. If anyone else has had such a problem please share your
experience.....

| Hello all Lego fans,
I brought a bag of minifigures and was goiing through them and found this Spider-Man
Minifigure.
SH139: Spider-Man - Red Lower Legs (San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive)
Now I've looked everywhere to find an exact copy in sets with Spider-Man
in and only found 1.
This is the Sandiego Comcon version but I do not have the box, If I did I wouldn't
be writing this thread.
I need to know If this minifigure was only produced for the Sandiego Comcon or
is it a cheap version thats in a few sets.
I can't find it anywhere.
Any help welcomed.

| Hello.
I purchased some Cloud City minifigs and after examining them I noticed some
print issues on on Boba Fett. His left arm, left leg, and torso (black lines
are too far left) are off register. The right arm printing is off center. The
rest of the figs from the group seem fine except the head on Darth Vader, the
bags under his eyes are off center. All the parts are marked Lego except: Boba
helmet is marked inside top center with a “2”, and no mark on any of the blocked
open stud heads. The seller is no Lego expert, but knew some figures from this
set were valuable. He asked a fair price, and offered a full refund if they are
not real. I have seen other Lego torsos printed off register, so it’s not unheard
of, but due to the price I would appreciate the opinions of some seasoned Lego
fans.

| This is a bit of a long story but I'm looking to see if anyone has any advice
as I'm at a loss of what to do regarding the loss of a PayPal chargeback
claim.
I opened my store a few months ago to sell off my collection of mainly sets new
in box. I received a very large order where the buyer ordered a little over 100
sets worth over $10,000 (cdn). As excited as I was to have such a large order,
I was also very cautious and hesitant about the size and value of the order and
did some background checks on the buyer. I ended up gathering enough information
and felt confident enough to proceed with the order. I packed everything up as
best I could, adding extra cardboard layers to the boxes and plenty of packing
materials to protect the sets during transit. I ended up shipping out 8 large
moving size boxes from west coast Canada to the buyer in the east Coast of the
US. The order was insured (for the delivery aspect) and I closely monitored the
tracking of each box. All 8 boxes ended up getting delivered and after two weeks
had gone by with no order status updated by the buyer on the bricklink order
page, I reached out to ensure everything had arrived. The buyer replied stating
3 of the sets had arrived damaged and requested they be returned and refunded.
I requested photos of the damaged sets along with the shipping box they were
in. The buyer only supplied photos of the damaged sets which consisted of crush
damage. From the pictures they provided to me, all 3 sets were still sealed and
were not punctured in any way. I agreed to take the 3 damaged sets back with
the return shipping to be covered at the buyer’s expense. In response, the buyer
did not want to pay for the return shipping and proceeded to file a PayPal claim
for the value of the 3 sets ($600) indicating they were not as described. After
going through the PayPal claim process it was eventually found in my favor. A
couple weeks then went by with no communication from the buyer until I received
notification from PayPal that the buyer has now submitted a chargeback with their
bank for "significantly not as described." I immediately submitted a response
with a detailed narrative, tracking numbers, photos and anything relevant to
the claim thinking it's for the 3 damaged sets again.
A month goes by with the full amount of the order on hold in my PayPal account.
I then get an email from PayPal indicating I lost the chargeback claim and my
account has been debited the full order amount. So now I am out over 100 sets
plus the $1500 it cost to ship these sets to the buyer. The buyer never once
indicated anything was wrong with the order other than the 3 damaged sets which
I agreed to take back and give a refund for. I immediately contacted PayPal and
they said it was out of their control as the buyer’s bank does the investigation
and my only option was to obtain from the buyer their banking contact information
and speak with their bank about the claim, or to take the buyer to court.
And because the chargeback claim was filed as “significantly not as described”
for the entire order, I was not eligible for seller protection. I contacting
the buyer and received a reply that they did not intent to “screw me over” but
they were too busy to deal with this right now and will sort it out by the weekend.
I’m really worried that the buyer will either ghost me or refuse to take any
action to pay for the items they received. As I live in Canada and they live
in the US I’m not even sure if I can take him to court or how that process would
even look like. I’m hoping someone in the community has some suggestions on
what steps I can take to get some funds back or at least to warn others of dealing
with PayPal and chargebacks.

| hello !
since about 2 weeks, i have an error message when i try to modify the quantity
i have in my wanted lists... for example, i have a wanted list with 1 item inside,
and i want one of this item.... when i buy somewhere this item, i use to change
the "have" quantity from "-" to "1".... but now, when i want to save the changes,
i have a message saying "only one item/color combination is allowed per wanted
list" and i can't save anything.... this is really annoying because i have
something like 200 wanted lists, and i'm looking for at least 2 000 parts,
but as i can't update my wanted lists, i can't buy anything anymore....
i tried to contact technical service 3 times already and got not answer....
can someone help me ??

| I’m wondering if there is a way to get a parts list for a certain section of
a Lego project. You know how for larger sets they break down each floor or section
(modular buildings)… I just want a parts list for a certain section. I really
don’t want to go through 100 pages and tally each and every single part and then
add them up… there has to be an easier way.
