| Does anyone else have problems placing orders using Lego's website?
I almost always have to call to place an order after trying 4 or 5 times online.
This happens about 80% of the time- its just weird. It's not the credit card,
the cookies, the order or the browser. The last two times I've called, the
order went through as I was on the phone. This never happened before and it's
very frustrating...let me know if you have similar issues or a fix!
Thanks,

| Hello everyone, I’ve often found these small kind of discs inside lego lots.
Are these lego parts or I can throw them away once for all?
Thank you very much.

| It seems there’s now a neon yellow minifig torso, but no current sellers. Anyone
know which minifig this is from? Thanks!

| The old boat sets always mentioned that there were model motors not made by LEGO
that could be added to the sets and the hulls were equipped with attachment points
for them. Does anyone know what they were referring to or has anyone ever seen
one of these motors? The double hull speedboat set is the only one I know of
that came with a motor (made by LEGO) and the newer city themed boats no longer
have the attachment points and don't mention them.
This has been mystery to me since I was a kid, and now with a pretty extensive
boat collection myself and the power of the internet I still can't find them
referenced anywhere.

| Hi everyone!
As someone who has just rediscovered the magic of Lego, I wanted to start this
topic because I'm curious about your experiences. As a girl growing up in
the 90's I didn't have that much 'cool' Lego myself. My mom was
happy to have a daughter, so the few sets I had were actually from the very girlish
Belville and Scala.
I am now 30 years old and I look (with admiration and maybe some envy) at the
amazing things adults build on programs like LegoMasters. It inspired me to get
my boyfriend's childhood Lego out of the basement... and that was the start
of a new era! The Dark Age is over, now I am busy working on my plans to build
my own city.
No more creepy Scala-dolls with 'real' hair, but good old minifigs. Or
maybe amazing NEW minifigs, because all the new sets look absolutely amazing
compared to the somewhat boring and discoloured 90's lego I am sorting now.
I bought a few small boxes and polybags, mainly because I was so curious about
the 'real life' look from current Lego.
And now I'm at a bit of a crossroads. I want to build my own city, probably
an island city. I have some old base- and roadplates and even though they are
somewhat discoloured I don't mind using them. But they are big, so I have
doubts if they are really practical. The new roads look great, but they seem
expensive and the budget is limited. I also have to buy some new buildings after
all and many cool sets (especially the Lego creative expert sets) are quite expensive.
So many choices to make!
I am curious about the experiences of my fellow Bricklink-users.
How did you get started after your love for Lego returned?
And if you have any tips for me to get started, feel free to share!
Surely there is something you wish you had known before starting your collection.
PS: My native language is actually Dutch, so if I'm using unusual English...
don't attack me for it please.

| Hallo guys,
I play again with my wonderful 12v trains. But...... i don't understand
why my 12v Lego transformer doesn't work well. While trains running, power
get off suddenly, after few seconds it starts again and so on....
May be it's overloaded? Or it comes damaged?
Someone could help me? Tks a lot...

| The plain BLY minifig head seems to have disappeared from the DB???
I think it is currently out of stock from any seller (?)
But why is it now gone on the list of colors for this part?
