In my opinion, following the logic for instructions entries were we have width
x height x thickness the dimensions for flat boxes should also follow the
same logic and I would therefore suggest to make this: width x height x thickness
(of the flattened box).
Depth?

I have moved this message to another topic since there was nothing here that
a Catalog Admin can do.
Here is the help page for measuring boxes:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2510#EmptyBoxes
The help page refers to "thickness" of the flattened box, so I agree that it
should be changed on the form.

Can we change this? Otherwise sellers are going to sell either parts under either

The inventory on BrickLink was compiled from a sealed set and verified by at
least one other user from a sealed set. BrickLink has the most accurate LEGO
inventories anywhere.
The data on Brickset is retrieved from the LEGO replacement parts service, and
is very often incomplete or wrong.
And, when in doubt, you can always look for photos of a sealed set being opened.

come in the same bag, which I will attach in replies to this post.
I'm not quite sure which pieces match a couple of the descriptions, but I'll
let someone else figure that out.

Has there been any further discussion among catalog admins about this? I see
a note was added that the part appears in left and right variants, however, this
isn't really what a variant should be. Variants appear randomly and unpredictably
but with part 50018 each and every bag has distinct left and right parts that
are deliberately placed there by LEGO.
I would like to be able to sell this part without having to create two separate
lots for left and right.

We separated the left and right versions of these
that come in a multipack, so we can definitely separate the left and right versions
of those, also, if you would submit the entries and relevant images.
The new item numbers would be 50018gL and 50018gR.

I have added a note to the entry to describe the newer variant.
I have also added the part to the "Unsplit Part Variants" list:

That is all that will be done for now.

| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 1 Part 4623 Dark Bluish Gray Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Arm Up (Undetermined Horizontal Arm Length) (match ID 2)
* Change 1 Part Dark Bluish Gray 4623b Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Arm Up (Horizontal Arm 5mm) {Alternate to Regular} {match ID 2 to 0}
* Change 1 Part Yellow 3626bpb0771 Minifigure, Head Dual Sided Glasses, Red and Gray Lens / Clear and Gray Lens Pattern - Blocked Open Stud (Alternate) {match ID 6 to 2}
Comments from Submitter:
I was the one who added the 4623b variant to the inventory based on my sealed set. I added it shortly after the inventory was created, so I don't believe it ever had the other version.

After further investigation, there are only a few wedges that use the term "curved".
There are way more wedges that are curved that do not use the word "curved".
In my opinion, the term should only be used to differentiate a "non-curved" version
of a wedge from a "curved" version when the wedges have the exact same dimensions,
such as
and
* | | 4856b Wedge 6 x 4 Triple Inverted with Connections between 4 Studs Parts: Wedge |
Otherwise, a lot of other wedges should be renamed to be consistent. In fact,
to make the names consistent in either direction is going to create a good bit
of work due to all of the decorated versions of either set of parts needing to
be renamed (seven alone for the 11291 parts).
I will discuss this further with the team and we will decide on a direction to
go in.

Randy

It appears that these are the finalists for crowdfunding:

2) Great fishing boat
3) Sheriff's Safe
4) Pursuit of flight
5) Kakapo

And they may all be sold out in the first 24 hours.

In Inventories Requests, normann1974 writes:

that set 7047 has "no power switch" in its inventory and it needs correction.
Two of these have clearly darker green and thicker black lines than the third,
so different third one might be from 7047.

is there a way to tell which it is? I don't want to enter wrong info in the
catalog and won't know how to list them.
thanks

For now, you can just submit them like any other sticker sheet. Don't worry
about where they are from. I think we may be removing the NA and International
monikers from all of the sticker sheets at some point anyways because the numbers
are all unique and don't need additional descriptors.

“There were so many buyers, the site went down! It’s the ultimate proof of a

And with being able to buy five at once, you don't even need that many buyers.
In any case, I don't personally care about the program or want any of the
sets. I was just mad that I was trying to get work done here and the site was
unreachable.

As stated back then, this is on the Catalog Roadmap already and will possibly
be looked at in the future. For now, there are no current plans to adopt two
colors for Pearl Dark Gray (although I myself would like to see it eventually
done).
