| Ah - then I'll just note that the BL sales tax includes all applicable sales
taxes, including county/municipality.
And Texas does levy sales taxes on shipping and delivery:

After all of these replies you have to start wondering why they call it PERMANENT
marker.

Apparently, it mostly means the ink is waterproof: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_marker
(there’s also a “Removal” section in the article).
I guess it’s why marketers are paid the big bucks.
