Greetings,

I have a couple of torsos that I think are

Part No: 973pb0906c01 Name: Torso Open Jacket Hoodie with 4 Buttons over Medium Blue Sweater Pattern / Orange Arms / Yellow Hands
*
973pb0906c01 (Inv) Torso Open Jacket Hoodie with 4 Buttons over Medium Blue Sweater Pattern / Orange Arms / Yellow Hands
Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.

however, the underlying sweater pattern looks sand blue to me instead of light
blue. Is this just normal color variation?

Thanks in advance.

I have some modulex here, and but I am just not 100% what colors they are.

All have M on studs.

For reference:

Lime, Medium Azure, Medium Blue

Bright light Yellow, light Yellow and Dark Orange.

Thanks in advance

rule #6 caught me

things like "form a chemical bond", "hazard to you"
... uh?

1. I have never heard about these chemical reactions. Who knows more about it?

2. sooo... Is it illegal to mount a trans-clear brick over a trans-red one? Does
it depends on the specific trans* color?

Hey all, I've googled this but didn't find anything...
Are there variations in trans-light blue? I've got all my trans light blue
1x1 round plates from sealed seats I've bought in local stores and parted
out according to the BrickLink catalog. I can see two distinct batches, a lighter
and a darker variant, often inside the same set. Is this a known "issue" or are
the part listings wrong and it's actually a different color?

Thanks,
Peter

I have several parts 42022 in my collection (16 I think) in Dark Purple. I for
sure got them in a new set as I do not buy used stuff from eBay or else. The
puzzle (nagging question) is that such part does not show up at all in Dark Purple
in any Bricklink Set. In fact the color is totally non-existent.

Any clue what set such part comes from ?

So I started working on a new, more compact color guide a few weeks ago. This
is what I got so far.

As of right now I am missing some pretty easy 1x2 plate or tile entries for Nougat,
Light Nougat, Sand Green and Brown.

Then I may have to get a little creative to fit these on there:

Very Light Bluish Gray

Part No: 53989 Name: Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle, Thin Support
*
53989 Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle, Thin Support
Parts: Minifigure, Body Part {Very Light Bluish Gray}

Rust

Part No: 2335  Name: Flag 2 x 2 Square
*
2335 Flag 2 x 2 Square
Parts: Flag {Rust}

Blue Violet

Part No: 47458  Name: Slope, Curved 1 x 2 x 2/3 Wing End
*
47458 Slope, Curved 1 x 2 x 2/3 Wing End
Parts: Slope, Curved {Blue-Violet}

Light Violet

Part No: 3899 Name: Minifigure, Utensil Cup
*
3899 Minifigure, Utensil Cup
Parts: Minifigure, Utensil {Light Violet}

Sand Purple

Part No: 30375 Name: Torso Mechanical, Battle Droid
*
30375 Torso Mechanical, Battle Droid
Parts: Minifigure, Body Part {Sand Purple}

Dark Blue Violet

Part No: 3710  Name: Plate 1 x 4
*
3710 Plate 1 x 4
Parts: Plate {Dark Blue-Violet}

Light Yellow

Part No: 3022  Name: Plate 2 x 2
*
3022 Plate 2 x 2
Parts: Plate {Light Yellow}

I haven't really started looking at the more unique colors like trans and
metallic colors. I'll tackle those once I finish with the solid colors

I'd love to know what others think and if they have any better suggestions
for parts to use for the colors I listed or suggestions on additional colors
that I might be able to add that I didn't list.

Also if anyone knows a good way to arrange all the colors that's a little
more "smooth" on the gradient (more like a rainbow) than what I did, that would
be awesome.

I just received a number of 2x4 bricks to complete my color pallet, but I've
already identified two problem with the order, and I'm unsure if the other
bricks included are the right color either. The tall part is confirmed Blue-violet
from set 8781. The two purple-ish pieces are supposed to be Medium Violet and
Light Purple. While I believe one of them might be Medium Violet, 1) I don't
know which one it would be and 2) I'm fairly sure the second is not Light
Purple so I don't know what it would be.

So I sent some trans neon orange parts to a buyer and he states that they are
actually trans orange. One of the parts does not come in trans orange, so I
am pretty sure it is actually neon.

He sent this pic, claiming the ones on the right are trans orange. I read somewhere
that trans neon orange has changed over the years. Is this just a case of old
vs new trans neon orange?

I also included a pic of the three shades of orange I have in the round brick.
Is it old TNO, new TNO and TO?

doesn't match known purple bricks that I have reference from set

Set No: 7825  Name: Bucket
