If changing a part to a new match ID works on this form and I am just missing something, please show me. I cannot get it to work.

I know I just removed this arrow, but the second one I got had this arrow. The red bands are on the large holder and yellow on the small. Pics following. I think there is a glitch in the new form. I could not change inv ID 322852 to match ID 1.

There is no 4282 (2x16 plate) extra item. I just opened a new set; in addition, this kind of item is (almost?) never present as an extra in sets of this size.
