answer of a Lego sale manager concerning the set 7725 and how to use transformer.
The owner was overly organized.
The older train 171 may not have come from the same buyer. The seller of this
item received donation to sell and spend for the charity.
On the other hand, I had seen this stickerred torso in various websites. One
of them is even in the inventory of

Unfortunately, most AFOL consider bricklink as the ultimate source and all that
is true about inventories. IT is really not. One commnet:
"Looking at bricklink it seems they were only used in 1978. They don't seem
too uncommon though, there are a few for sale on bricklink."

Having worked with inventory of vintage trains from 70-80, I am 100% sure non
of them were inventories based on a sealed set rather they were inventoried by
checking the instructions. All mistakes I see come from instructions. Whenever
something is missing is because it is not present in its instructions or on the
box
I don't know about stickerred minifigs and I don't know if the space
sets were inventoried the same way as train sets.
Hopefully some collector see this post and write an anwser.

Is it not a bit 'dangerous' to change set inventories based on a big
lot of used lego. Even if the sets seem to be complete and in good condition.
Such a change should only be made if the source of the existing inventory is
not a sealed set.

Hi
Set 889 came with the stickered torso/minifig. Got this as my 2nd set when I
was 5-6y old.
Later they changed the Space minfigs and all came with printed torso.

I'm not overly familiar with these stickered torso figures. I'm not
sure if they come from the existence of these sheets:
[P=SPACEstk01]
[P=SPACEstk02]
which came, I'm told, from TLG customer service only (read the additional
catalog notes for the sticker sheets), or if the torso stickered figures were
included in new sets.
The question which should be answered before we proceed here is whether the torsos
with stickers already applied were included in sealed sets or not. I'm sure
someone here knows the answer to that . . . ?

I know I had some of these stickered minifigs when I was a child. Of course these
sets are around 40 years old so I don't remember the exact details, but as
far as I remember some sets came with plain red or white torsos and sticker sheets
with the torso stickers.
Based on Bricklink inventory guidelines I guess this means that stickered minifigs
should be added as counterparts and minifigs with plain red and white torsos
should be added as alternates for the minifigs with printed torsos.

whose inventory includes two

whose inventory includes one

In the box of 926, all parts of these four sets were mixed (and no part from
other sets). Seven minifigs were included

So
two white sp063 and two red sp064 should come with 926
one white sp063 should come with 926 and

one white sp063 should come with 891.
I cannot say that if the last red sp064 comes with 6841 or 889.
