Source for original inventory was given as set instructions. Therefore, submitter could not have known whether 4032 or 4032b was included. Numerous changes have already been made to this inventory to correct errors.
The year 2011 is currently the last year for 4032b and this set is one of only 4 sets in which it appeared that year.
Additionally, a sealed set appears to show that 4032 was included instead of 4032b. This can be seen here:

My personal opinion is that 4085b probably wasn't really found in 2018, but with no way of proving it I am taking the middle road. I parted out 3 and got all D's.
